Cadine started on the Demurrage Department Desk and worked her way up to the top of the CSR Department. She has been at ISL for 14 years and enjoys finding innovative solutions to customer concerns.

Christian began working part-time at his parents' then-fledgling shipping company in 2003. He emphasizes that ISL is one of a handful of T&T companies that owns and operates warehouses and offices in T&T and the United States. His portfolio of Projects and Large Commercial business continues to be a major part of ISL business.
Curtis joined ISL in mid-2019 after spending most of his career in retail and financial services. He brings corporate structure and discipline to the shipping business. High on his list of priorities is using ISL services to make clients more productive and efficient. He is also focused on customer engagement strategies.
Dianne has been at ISL's Miami office since it opened in 2015. She says having a US presence gives ISL full control over customer cargo, allowing the company to supervise shipments all the way to their destinations with the utmost care.

Jamilah comes from a Sales and Marketing and Warehousing background. Working for a close-knit family business has encouraged her to focus on customer needs and operational efficiency.
Leela, a former administrative assistant with large retailers, joined ISL in January 2001. She notes that ISL's prices are competitive and match the company's "superior and friendly service".
