Bernard's extensive Leadership, Administration, Audit, Finance and Accounting experience has been well developed over past 14 years. His career has spanned a wide range of Taxation, Financial Audit, Value for Money Audit, Office Administration, Project Planning, Business Valuation, Investment Portfolio Management, Liability Management, Financial reporting, Budgeting and Budgetary controls, Liquidity Management, Assets Management, Management Information System (MIS), and Accounting Information System (AIS). He also has in-depth knowledge in software acquisition and system migration, Micro to Medium Enterprise financing and the use of banking, accounting and audit software such as BankMill international software, Zigloi, CoreERP; QuickBooks, Sage 50, Talley, Caseware, Draftworx, Audit file, Microsoft Project and Office Suite.
The Managing Partner works as part of a team of problem solvers, helping clients solve their complex business problems ranging from strategy to execution. He is also responsible for leading the team, building the capacity of the team, and ensuring the team delivers exceptional service to clients. This role also supports business development and growth initiatives of the practice, and is responsible for retaining talented people through strong leadership and coaching/mentoring relationships.
Bernard holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from the University of Professional Studies, Accra (2013) and Diploma in Business Studies - Accounting from Koforidua Technical University (2005). He has a certificate in Project Management Professional Training from the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology, Ghana (KNUST) and a member of Project Management Institute (PMI). He is also in his final level of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountant (CIMA) UK certification and a fully qualified Chartered Accountant and member in good standing of the Institute of Chartered Accountants, Ghana.

She has a proven track record of developing and executing successful communication and marketing strategies that increase brand awareness, drive revenue growth, and enhance customer engagement. She is skilled at crafting compelling messaging that communicates the unique value proposition of JS MORLU and inspires action among stakeholders.
Carly has over 4years experience in Public Relations, customer relations, press engagements, managing social media platforms, research and data entry and market developments. Prior to working with JS MORLU, she worked with the Water Resources Commission as an Assistant Public Relations Officer.
Carly is a collaborative team player who excels at building strong relationships with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and external partners. Her exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, enable her to craft compelling narratives that inspire action and create a strong brand identity for JS MORLU.
Enoch is responsible for planning, executing, and coordinating auditing and accounting services. He has qualitative experience in Corporate Financial Reporting, Audit and Assurance Services, Internal Audit, Business Valuation, Value for Money (VFM), Accounting Services in Real Estate, IT, Construction, Consulting, Manufacturing, and Educational Sectors. His experience includes working in Ghana and Burkina Faso.
Enoch engages in planning, execution and reporting on accounting, audit & assurance, and tax related assignments. He has a professional experience in preparing acceptable working papers; reviewing transactions, reports and methods for accuracy and effectiveness; reporting audit findings; and making recommendations for the correction of unsatisfactory conditions, improvements in operations and reductions in cost. He further plays an active role in selecting and implementing accounting information systems for clients. He has an expert knowledge in the use of Microsoft Office Suites, QuickBooks, Private Company Audit Systems (PCAS), and Draftworx.
Prior to joining JS Morlu, Enoch worked as an Audit Associate at MAK Global Partners (Chartered Accountants and Business Advisors) where he was tasked with assisting the audit manager in executing audit and tax related assignments including reviewing and evaluating internal control systems, ensuring compliance with regulatory bodies, drafting audit reports and management letters, etc.
Enoch holds a Bachelor of Business Administration Degree from the University of Professional Studies, Accra and is currently in his second level the Chartered Global Investment Analyst, USA (CGIA) certification. He is a fully qualified Chartered Accountant and member in good standing of the Institute of Chartered Accountants, Ghana.

Responsible for global operations of JS Morlu, LLC, CPAs, and its affiliate firms worldwide, John receives timely feedback on all operations. He is the former Auditor General of Liberia (2007-2011). He was recruited under a European Union Contract to build the first Supreme Audit Institution in Liberia. He produced the first independent audit reports of various ministries, departments, agencies, and state-owned enterprises of the Government of Liberia. Prior to his appointment as Auditor General, he worked at a Fortune 500 company, privately held companies, and an international not-for-profit. He has conducted audits, operational reviews, and program evaluation in the USA as well as more than 11 countries in the former Soviet Union and Haiti. He holds a Bachelor's in Economics from the University of Virginia, Master's in International Commerce and Policy from George Mason University, and an MBA in Finance from the Carey School of Business, Johns Hopkins University. He also holds multiple professional accounting, forensic, business and project management certifications. He is a member of American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) and the Institute of Chartered Accountants Ghana.
