Amy Nolen has extensive experience as designer and decorator to many professional athletes and local business owners in North Texas. What started for Amy as a passion has turned into a successful career filled with wonderful relationships with her clients. Over ten years, Amy has built a business known for honesty, integrity and commitment by treating every home as if it was her own. For Amy, each design and build is more than a project, it's a unique and artistic creation. Amy brings experience in both commercial and residential design paired with a deep knowledge of the entire construction process.

Austin joined Kalterra in 2018 as a development analyst as well as working for the sister company Bay Mountain Capital as a commercial loan analyst. He is responsible for market feasibility, project due diligence, financial analysis, and capital markets execution for Kalterra Capital Partners.

Brandon joined Kalterra in 2020 with over 10 years of experience in multiple areas of financial consulting and investment analysis. He is responsible for finance, accounting, and technology for Kalterra Capital Partners.

Chase has over 13 years of experience in both commercial and residential construction and engineering in domestic and international settings. His responsibilities include construction management, design-build, and project consulting.
Chris joined Kalterra in 2020 with over 10 years of experience in the commercial construction market. He is responsible for Construction, Project Management, and Consulting for Kalterra Construction.

Clint has grown up around various aspects of real estate and specializes in business development, finance, and construction. He is a co-founder of Kalterra Capital Partners and responsible for new business development and project management.

Dean started his real estate career in the early '80s and since then has been involved in a variety of successful enterprises and initiatives. His experience as a principal involves over $900 million of development, value add and private loan transactions.
Jordan joined Kalterra in October 2021 as an acquisition associate. He works to identify and secure land for development opportunities for Kalterra Capital Partners. He is responsible for sourcing available land, development process, and project due diligence.
Jordan joined Kalterra in January 2023 and brings 6 years of commercial real estate experience to the firm. Before joining the team, Jordan was a Development Manager for Gardner Capital focusing on affordable housing development in Texas, Illinois & Colorado. Before pivoting into RE development with Gardner Capital, Jordan was an Associate w/in Bank OZK's Real Estate Specialties Group (RESG) in which he asset managed over 20 construction/operating loans totaling ≈ $1 billion in loan commitments. In a life before real estate, Jordan was a Marketing Assistant with the PGA TOUR at their TPC Craig Ranch property in McKinney, TX and an Assistant Golf Professional with Meadowbrook Golf & Country Club in Prairie Village, KS. Jordan's education, differentiated career background and industry knowledge have helped him successfully navigate the many aspects of the development process.
Kaavya has a design background with a degree in Architecture from UT Austin. Prior to joining Kalterra, Kaavya worked as a Development Associate where she gained multifamily development experience handling due diligence, entitlements, and overseeing architectural design. Kaavya will be working closely with our Development Team to help manage our current and pipeline development projects in Central and North Texas.

Mark came to Kalterra with a well-rounded background in the commercial real estate industry having worked in construction, development, dispositions, acquisitions, and financial analysis during his career.

Phil has 30 years of experience in multiple areas of real estate, corporate finance, and business analysis. He is a co-founder of Kalterra Capital Partners and responsible for new multi-family development analysis and asset management.

Randy joined Kalterra in 2022 and brings 16 years of specialized multifamily construction experience to the firm. Before joining the team, Randy held pivotal roles for various Owner / Developer and General Contractor multifamily companies in both Georgia and Texas, where he's managed $600 million in contracts and constructed nearly 5,000 multifamily units.
A former, highly decorated military officer, Randy served our country with a distinguished 20-year career. He honed his professional skills, gaining 10 years' experience in Air Force Civil Engineering and another 10 years in Air Force Services and Personnel Management.
Randy's education, vast construction experience, and industry knowledge have enabled him to successfully lead diverse teams and manage high-profile multifamily projects.
Roberto joined Kalterra as a Project Engineer in January 2023. While pursuing his education, Roberto gained experience as an Engineering Technician performing material testing and analysis throughout New York and tri-state area.
