Bernardo Tavares is the Chief Technology & Data Officer for Kenvue. In this role, Bernardo oversees the Information Technology and Data Science groups and, as key enablers of innovation and growth, leads the data and technology agenda by scaling digital capabilities to better serve customers and consumers. Bernardo brings together the power of people, technology and data to transform digital experiences for consumers, customers, partners and employees around the world. He sets the strategic direction and drives digital investments, empowering teams to work smarter, better understand consumer behaviors and innovate with speed and impact to meet consumer needs and improve health for all. Under Bernardo's leadership, teams are leveraging digital and data capabilities with proven science to optimize business technology and to deliver new and differentiated experiences and solutions across brands like Tylenol®, Neutrogena® and Zyrtec®. Bernardo has also been critical in modernizing the digital ecosystem, creating a culture and foundation for data excellence and insights. Bernardo is an experienced global leader. Prior to being named Chief Information Officer of Johnson & Johnson Consumer Health in 2018, Bernardo led the Consumer Health IT organization in Latin America, driving commercial innovation through innovative technology and data programs. He also led the Johnson & Johnson Consumer Health and Consumer Medical Devices IT Portfolio and Project Office worldwide, where he was responsible for Business Technology strategy, portfolio planning, execution and value realization. Prior to joining Johnson & Johnson in 2012, Bernardo served in several IT leadership roles driving consumer and technology innovation for Unilever and IBM around the world. He holds an Electrical Engineering degree from University of São Paulo with a specialization in Business Administration from Fundação Getulio Vargas in Brazil. He is also a Data Research Advisory Board member for MIT Center for Information Systems Research (CISR) and a member of the Hispanic Information Technology Executive Council (HITEC).

Betsy D. Holden

Betsy D. Holden served as a Senior Advisor to McKinsey & Company from 2007 to 2020. She previously held several leadership roles at Kraft Foods, including Co-Chief Executive Officer of Kraft Foods Inc., President, Global Marketing and Category Development of Kraft Foods Inc. and President and Chief Executive Officer of Kraft Foods North America. Ms. Holden has served on nine public boards over the last 20 years, including Diageo Plc (2009 to 2018) and Time, Inc. (2014 to 2018). She currently serves as a board member for Dentsply Sirona Inc., National Retail Properties, Inc., Western Union Company and several private portfolio companies of Paine Schwartz Partners, a private equity firm focused on sustainable agriculture and food products for which she sits on the Food Chain Advisory Board. She also serves on the Executive Committee of Duke University's Board of Trustees and the Global Advisory Board of Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management. Ms. Holden holds a B.A. degree in Education from Duke University as well as an M.A. degree in Teaching and an MBA degree, each from Northwestern University. Carlton Lawson

Carlton Lawson is the Group President, Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMEA) & Latin America for Kenvue. Leading a fully integrated, end-to-end team, Carlton is responsible for the company's growth strategies in the EMEA & Latin American regions, ensuring they meet the fast-changing consumer needs and demand patterns of these diverse regions. Carlton is a seasoned leader with deep expertise in consumer health following a career spanning more than 30 years in leading healthcare organizations. Recognized for his values-based leadership and focus on diversity in talent and culture, he successfully develops high-performing teams that deliver consistent business results. His understanding of the need to quickly adapt and meet consumer needs has led him to champion employee empowerment and operationalize an end-to-end agile organization. In his previous role as Company Group Chairman for Johnson & Johnson Consumer Health EMEA, Carlton steered a consumer-centric mindset focusing the organization on delivering exceptional consumer experiences and building brand trust. He led the region to competitive growth with this philosophy of keeping the consumer at the center of everything we do. Having worked at Johnson & Johnson Consumer Health earlier in his career, Carlton rejoined in 2019 as the Area Managing Director for Northern Europe. Prior to this, Carlton was Head of Global Categories (CMO) at GSK. In this role he led the global marketing team responsible for delivering brand and category strategy, innovation and brand-building assets. He was also responsible for building global digital and brand building capabilities and partnering with the R&D organization to secure a pipeline of innovation. Caroline Tillett

Caroline Tillett is the Chief Scientific Officer for Kenvue. In this role, Caroline oversees a multi-faceted Research & Development organization including New Product & Packaging Development, Sustainability, Medical Safety and Regulatory Affairs. She leads the company's efforts to deliver science-based innovation that fuels growth and improves the personal health and wellness of people globally. Caroline is charged with setting the strategy for the company's innovation pipeline across its Skin Health, Self Care and Essential Health franchises, and leading a global R&D team dedicated to consumer health research and innovation. Caroline is a broad - based, global scientific leader with over 20 years of experience in consumer health. She has a passion for creating breakthrough product innovations that benefit people and the planet. A focused scientist driven to deliver innovations that bring together research and consumer understanding, Caroline has advanced many programs through development and commercialization, resulting in consistent category disruption. Caroline previously served as Global Head, R&D, for Johnson & Johnson Consumer Health, and led the organization through transformations enabling focus on key priorities with new capabilities. Under her leadership, the R&D team put Self Care in the hands of consumers by leaning into digital applications like its first at-home medical device and first-of-its-kind connected, over-the-counter medicine for smokers. In Skin Health, the R&D team focused on more inclusive innovation to better meet the needs of diverse skin states, tones, and types. Across products with a focus on Essential Health, the R&D team leaned into its Healthy Lives Mission by making some of the company's most iconic products more sustainable. She is an advocate for the underserved and so she leads the Diversity, Equity & Inclusion mission for Kenvue with passion, and she is executive sponsor for Learning & Development which is a key enabler for people to realize their full potential. Before joining Johnson & Johnson, Caroline served as interim Global Head of Consumer R&D at GSK. She was the R&D leader for the GSK/Novartis joint venture which resulted in the formation of an $8 billion consumer health company. As part of this joint venture, Caroline led the design of the new R&D organization, including reshaping the respiratory pipeline. She also served on the leadership team creating the new GSK/Pfizer Consumer Healthcare joint venture. Charmaine England

Ellie Bing Xie

Responsible for leading a fully integrated, end-to-end team, Ellie drives the company's growth strategy in the Asia-Pacific region, capitalizing on the rapid acceleration of markets, data, technology and science to win with superior consumer experiences. Ellie previously served as Company Group Chairman, Consumer Health Asia Pacific at Johnson & Johnson and was a member of the Consumer Health Leadership team. Since 2019, Ellie has pivoted the Asia Pacific business to competitive growth momentum through her leadership philosophy of people first, building brands and unlocking data. She has over 20 years of experience in areas such as brand management, market operation development, talent development, P&L responsibilities and general management. An agile business builder, Ellie has been at the forefront of modernizing the Asia Pacific business. She has pivoted the business to adopt a digital first mindset by embedding a digitally native approach to understanding and connecting with customers and consumers. Meri Stevens - COO

She also oversees Quality, Supply Chain, and Procurement end-to-end. Meri previously served as Johnson & Johnson Worldwide Vice President, Consumer Health Supply Chain and Deliver. In July 2020, she expanded her leadership responsibilities to include the Consumer Health Supply Chain. Prior to this, Meri led Johnson & Johnson Supply Chain Strategy and Deployment, championing the global supply chain transformation, a position she held since 2015. In her previous role, Meri was responsible for the Consumer Health Supply Chain organization end-to-end and all global Deliver functions for Johnson & Johnson, including order fulfillment and customer service. Meri transformed these organizations to achieve world class reliability and sustainability, unlocking value for profitable growth. Natasha Zuyev

Natasha Zuyev is the Chief Quality Officer for Kenvue. In this role, Natasha leads the Global Quality, Regulatory Compliance, Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) and Occupational Health teams. Natasha, a Six Sigma Master Black Belt, is a transformational leader with expertise in highly regulated environments. Her accomplished career is built on a strong foundation of systems thinking, data-driven decision making and leading with integrity and empathy. She has built and inspired diverse global teams to exceed goals, coaching and developing talent to reach their highest potential, adding to a strong pipeline of leaders. Prior to her current role, Natasha held the position of Vice President and Chief Quality Officer for Johnson & Johnson's Consumer Health business. In this role she was responsible for the sector's Quality & Compliance organization. In the role before this one, as Vice President of Consumer Q&C Global Manufacturing, she held responsibility for the quality performance of all global Johnson & Johnson Consumer Health manufacturing plants. Natasha began her career with Johnson & Johnson in 2013, as the Vice President of Consent Decree, where she led the strategy and execution of the McNeil Consent Decree Workplan across the Johnson & Johnson US OTC manufacturing sites. Prior to joining Johnson & Johnson, Natasha held a variety of Quality and Compliance positions with increasing responsibilities at Merck and Schering-Plough. At Merck, Natasha was an Executive Director of Business Integrity and Risk Assurance, accountable for mitigating compliance risks by using predictive analytics and developing and implementing robust Business Integrity Systems and Programs. Paul Ruh - CFO

Paul Ruh is the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) for Kenvue. He has more than 30 years of deep experience building global consumer brands and leading diverse teams through times of intense change. In his role as CFO, Paul will help establish and oversee corporate financial planning and reporting, tax, audit, treasury, investor relations and global shared services. In his previous role as CFO of Johnson & Johnson Consumer Health, Paul Ruh helped to steer the Consumer Health business. Over the past five years, Paul, in partnership with the Consumer Health Leadership Team, executed transformational change, putting the business in a position of financial strength. At the helm of finance operations, Paul delivered significant Operating Margin improvement and produced the highest growth the business has seen in a decade, despite the challenges brought by the COVID-19 pandemic and an increasingly competitive consumer marketplace. Paul has reshaped global consumer brands throughout his entire career, executing more than ten major acquisitions and strategic divestures in his career. He joined Johnson & Johnson Consumer Health from PepsiCo, where he served as the CFO of the multibillion-dollar Latin America business. During Paul's tenure at PepsiCo, he held several roles in both the Foods and Beverages businesses, including CFO of Latin America, CFO of PBA (Gatorade and Tropicana US) and CFO of PepsiCo Foodservice. Paul's career at PepsiCo began in his homeland of Mexico, in 2000, as Director of Strategy and Planning. Dr. Fasolo first joined Johnson & Johnson in 2004 as Worldwide Vice President, Human Resources for Cordis Corporation and was subsequently named Vice President, Global Talent Management of Johnson & Johnson. He left Johnson & Johnson in 2007 to join Kohlberg Kravis Roberts & Co. (KKR) as Chief Talent Officer for the North America portfolio companies owned by the firm. He returned to Johnson & Johnson in September 2010 as Vice President, Global Human Resources. Prior to his career at Johnson & Johnson, Dr. Fasolo spent 13 years with Bristol-Myers Squibb in executive-level human resource roles in the pharmaceutical, medical devices and consumer segments. Dr. Fasolo currently serves on the boards of the Human Resources Policy Association, Tufts University and Save the Children and is a Fellow of the National Academy of Human Resources. He served as a board member for HireRight Holdings Corporation from 2018 to 2023. Dr. Fasolo holds a B.A. degree in Psychology from Providence College, an M.A. degree in Industrial Psychology from Fairleigh Dickinson University and a Ph.D. degree in Organizational Behavior from the University of Delaware.
