Although our specialty is the Marinated Skirt Steak (Carne Asada) we also offer a wide variety of Mexican Food, Traditional American BBQ and specialty menus (Hawaiian, Italian, etc.). We also take special requests. You name it and we'll cook it up for you at the location of your choice!... We also specialize in catering for large groups. Our professional staff is well trained at handling groups of 500 people and up. We are able to plan, coordinate and execute events for corporate picnics and group fundraisers. Besides offering complete party planning services (rental equipment, bartender service, staffing and entertainment) our staff will set up multiple serving lines to expedite serving (for example over 600 people per hour). We'd be pleased to speak with you regarding your upcoming event. No prices are quoted on this website as menus and pricing are figured on a per case basis.
