Sapan Shah is a Lehigh Valley native. Born and brought up in Lower Macungie, he graduated from Emmaus High School in 2007. Upon Graduating, he made the incredible shift of moving to Bethlehem and attending Lehigh University. Shortly after graduating from Lehigh University's Rauch School of Business in 2011, he then purchased a Subway Restaurant in Dorneyville. At the time, he was the youngest Subway Owner in the country. in 2013, Sapan went back to Lehigh University to complete his MBA. He has been known for his acceptance of the cryptocurrency Bitcoin at his Subway Restaurant in 2013 and other entrepreneurial ventures. After completion of his MBA, Sapan realized, well he was going to be in the Lehigh Valley for a very long time. He decided to use his entrepreneurial spirit to create an organization to soLVe as many of the toughest problems as he could in the Lehigh Valley and make the valley a better place. He decided to start with diapers. Sapan is married to his high school sweetheart Hemali Shah and is a proud father to their 2 beautiful daughters Misha and JIya.
