LOCA FARMS

We are hopining one day to become self sufficient here. It is definetly a work in progress and we are continuosly learning and exploring new ideas to take us down that path. It is a very exciting​ process! We are currently collecting rain (what little we have) and that has been helping to sustain our perimeter plantings. We hope to expand on it as well. We feed our pet chickens organic food and they provide us with delicious eggs. We have been line drying our laundry and when you have that fresh line dried towel wrapped around you there is something about it, it just takes you back to a simpler time and that is what we are trying to do. Like I said we are a work in progress! Time, energy, and of course money somehow seems to make it a slower process!
