Alexander Stavdal

Alex's start mixing tech with business came in High School, completing the Cisco Networking Academy and attaining the rank of Eagle Scout through a variety of youth leadership positions and responsibilities. Combined, these interests led to formally studying Network Communications Management. With over a decade in the MSP space his current position at Homefield IT co-managing the business includes overall technical strategy and agreement structuring as well as client, vendor and partner relationships. Outside of business Alex's interests involve unplugging and going outdoors with his wife and their many animals and range from sailing and polo to backpacking and wilderness survival. He has competed in and completed some of the most intense adventure races and endurance events in the world including Peak Death Race, SISU Iron and GORUCK Selection.

Andrew Jouan

Andrew has been working with the partners at Homefield IT for the last 14 years. Throughout that time he has worn many hats within the company; He has been a senior technical engineer, a project manager, a network architect, and a service manager. Andrew strongly believes in building up others and was previously a Continuing Education teacher at a local college for adults looking to switch to a career in IT. Andrew has always been a tinkerer and loves taking thing apart to understand how they work. He is a New York City native and a life-long Queens resident. When not working, Andrew enjoys riding bicycles with his family.

Carlos Sandoval

Carlos is responsible for overseeing the Professional Services division for Homefield IT. The division includes both the account management and project delivery teams which work together to ensure our clients always have an internal advocate with the goal of technology enabling growth within their business. His experience includes being a network engineer, a jack-of-all-trades in the IT Consulting space, and an IT Security professional in various verticals ranging from healthcare, manufacturing, and finance. His background of working methodically to mature organizations' adoption of technology is the catalyst behind ensuring the team delivers the best solution for each of our clients. Outside of work, Carlos is likely spending time with his crazy Chocolate Lab and family or planning his next adventure.

Christian Ugolini - Founder

Chris has been a programmer, technical lead, architect and project manager of many large scale software projects - ranging from franchise management systems to internet telephony applications. He spearheads Exceed Digital - Manhattan Tech Support's development division - and ensures the team follows protocol, meets objectives and most important - guarantees success. Chris still maintains a "hands-on" approach, often participating in the architecture of our development projects and User Experience design sessions.

Jackie Oliva

Jackie's education and early career is a mixture of finance, entrepreneurship, and a passion for both technology and health and wellness. Throughout school, Jackie was a competitive basketball and soccer player. All of these things serendipitously led her into technology operations, and she has never turned back. Jackie has over 15 years of Help Desk operations and management experience. Her current position at Homefield IT co-managing the business includes overseeing day-to-operations and staff management. When Jackie is not working, she enjoys spending time with her wife and two young daughters. She is an avid fitness enthusiast ranging from yoga to her Peloton bike. During the fall, you can find her spending her Sundays rooting for the Dallas Cowboys.

James Refino - Founder

Jim is responsible for the day-to-day operations of Manhattan Tech Support, including oversight of all administrative and financial staff ensuring that the company is financially sound and runs as efficiently as possible. Jim has been an entrepreneur for most of his adult life successfully running multiple businesses including 2 other IT companies and a cabling company. He has more than 3 decades of experience in the IT field and has participated in most of the explosive growth in the IT space. Jim has lived in Westchester County, NY all of his life. He has 4 children and 3 grandchildren. He enjoys playing golf and chess and is fascinated by science and space.

Jonathan Gibson

Jonathan Gibson comes from a non-technical background but has become a true champion of technical related customer service. Since joining the team in 2014, Jonathan has honed his technical knowledge and has been responsible for leading the business development team. Jonathan is a NJ native and received his degree from Rutgers University. Prior to joining Homefield IT, he was a Natural Gas trader on the New York Mercantile Exchange. Aside from helping current and future clients, he is a family man who is an avid concertgoer, food/restaurant enthusiast and golf fanatic searching for a lower handicap.

Joseph Rabinowitz - Founder

Joseph Rabinowitz is a technology enthusiast who got an early start on his career by launching a successful computer systems company at the age of 15. He attended the Honors Program at Baruch College as the recipient of a merit-based full scholarship. Joseph is a founding partner and CTO at ManhattanTechSupport.com, a leading NYC IT Managed Services Provider. Although he is highly focused on leading strategic initiatives for the company, he enjoys troubleshooting complex problems and designing bullet-proof solutions. His passion for technology is second only to that of his family where weekends are reserved for games and trips with his wife and three kids.

Shaomin Lin

Shao has been a support desk engineer, programmer, technical lead, and project manager of many projects ranging from debt management systems to property research platforms. With his over a decade of experience, Shao spearheads the digital transformation division of HomefieldIT and manages the team on a day-to-day basis making sure that best practices are followed and ensuring client expectations are met. Outside of work, Shao enjoys spending time with his family by playing video games or planning their next outing together.

Zachary Hinchcliffe

Zach has been a lead support desk engineer, project manager, and IT infrastructure manager in the IT industry. With this range of experience, he leverages his knowledge to address IT business solutions. Zach focuses on being an extraordinary IT advocate for our clients when it comes to new solutions and the overall IT experience. Primarily responsible for strategically improving IT operations as a dedicated technology liaison. Aimed at fostering healthy growth for businesses by maintaining a roadmap and a balanced IT budget. As a technology enthusiast who has a passion for the right to repair and modify consumer-based technology, Zach is entertained by the process of disassembling and reassembling technology. Outside of geek hours he enjoys playing volleyball, golf, and enjoying a glass of bourbon.
