David Joshua Levy

David Joshua Levy composed, arranged, and produced orchestral music for film and network TV from 2003 - 2008 with the legendary Oscar and Emmy award winning composer Patrick Williams. He co-founded Threshold Music with Patrick where they managed a team of composers and arrangers to create music for international ad campaigns for brands such as Porsche, JP Morgan Chase, and Toyota. David was a co-founder and board member (2004 - 2008) of the voter education non-profit known as Young Progressive Majority which he formed in partnership with Democracy Alliance. David led the organization's voter registration program as well as its national education program promoting the importance of participating in local civic affairs. Under David's leadership YPM hosted engagement events with civic leaders such as Mayor Eric Garcetti, Senator Russ Feingold, and Ariana Huffington. From 2008 - 2010, while earning his MBA at Vanderbilt University, David trained as an associate in Goldman Sach's investment advisory division where he developed a nuanced understanding of capital markets and asset management that he would then apply to a wide variety of professional ventures in the coming years.

Max Botkin

Max Botkin began his career in public relations in 2001 at Carl Byoir & Associates, representing consulting firm McKinsey & Company. In 2003 he was recruited by Bragman Nyman Caffarelli (now part of PMK*BNC) to be a publicist on their PlayStation and UFC accounts, helping grow both brands into market leaders through celebrity outreach, media pitches, product placement, event planning and crisis management. In 2006 Max worked in creative development for Avi Arad & Associates, the prolific producer behind numerous Marvel blockbusters, helping identify and shape IP for film and toy lines. A cinephile inspired to follow his passion for storytelling, Max transitioned into screenwriting and in the decade to come was hired by and sold original scripts to major studios and production companies such as Sony, Marvel, Lionsgate, Panteleon, Atlas Entertainment, MPower, Open Road, Centropolis, Gotham Group, Fox 2000 and Universal. Max had two family films- Opposite Day and Cody the Robosapien- produced and released by Anchor Bay and Netflix. Moving away from family fare, Max's original sci-fi script What Happened to Monday landed him on the prestigious 2010 Blacklist for best unproduced screenplays in Hollywood. He co-produced the film, which became a foreign theatrical B.O. hit and one of Netflix's top 3 original films for its first year in release. Shortly thereafter, Max Executive Produced another one of his original screenplays Show Dogs, which was wide-released in theaters internationally by Global Road. In 2017 Max launched an incubator with award winning production company 1stAveMachine to help their roster of directors transition from commercials to TV and Film. There are seven projects in development that Max will Produce in conjunction with 1stAve, with two films in post-production. Max continues to write and produce a diverse array of prestige and commercial film and TV projects- both original ideas and adaptations of critically acclaimed books- all of which are folded into Major Chord's slate. Each project is either packaged with top tier production companies, financing, A-list talent or some combination thereof.
