Charles Williams Sr.

Charles Williams Sr. will be Director Of Development for Magnifying All Problems aka MAP. Charles has expertise in being an Employment recruiter/trainer, Skilled Labor consultant among many other things. He has certifications in Project Management, AABF in Business Foundation, and BSB in Business Administrations. Charles is looking forward to using his skills by doing community-based development workshops. The training sessions will provide information and will target residents and businesses in the neighborhoods, and they will be geared towards delivering career and business training.

Christopher Jones

  • Christopher Jones Creative Director
Christopher Jones is a self-taught artist. He has been drawing and painting for over 30 years. He started drawing when he was 5 years old and his passion for art has continued to grow. His artwork consists of abstract, landscapes, logos, pop icons, portraits, etc. His artwork also explores the varying relationships between popular culture and fine art. He uses a variety of media and techniques to emulate his vision. He believes that teaching art will help develop a path for others and encourage them to reach their goals as artists and painters. He has been inspired by many of the great artists such as Keith Haring and Bob Ross.

Donnell Davis

Donnell Davis has worked with kids for over 20 yrs. He worked as a youth and family director at the Oak Park YMCA and park supervisor for the Chicago Park District. Donnell has been successful in helping guide and mentors young men to positive paths through high school and college. Many of the youth Donnell has coached have gone on to receive academic and athletic scholarships.

Dr. Lawrence Ward

Dr. Lawrence Ward, Pastor of First Divine Providence Missionary Baptist Church (Chicago) and community organizer will be the Spiritual Director of Magnifying All Problems. Dr. Ward has been a Pastor and a community servant on the Westside of Chicago since 2010 and has led community Evangelism walks and street ministry walks. Pastor Ward also has held back-to-school events along with Co-Hosting Career Services Workshops with MAP. Dr. Ward joins MAP and will be involved in communicating, organizing, coordinating programs, teaching, and building communities here in the Chicagoland area.

Kenyon K Gamble Sr

Kenyon Gamble spent his collegiate career at Tuskegee University where he earned a Bachelor's of Arts degree in mathematics in 2005. Kenyon was an outstanding basketball player who set the national record for blocked shots in a single season. He founded Reaching into Our Children's Intellect in 2007 which focused on developing academic pedagogy for teenagers and adults. Kenyon was also a professional basketball player for 8 years. A Chicago native, and an alumnus of John Marshall High School, Mr. Gamble is no stranger to poverty, economic hardship, lack of resources, and cultural barriers. so he made it his responsibility to change that once he became a success. Kenyon decided to return to his childhood home -after retiring from basketball- in hopes of inspiring people by displaying what a strong father looks like on a consistent, daily basis. When Mr. Gamble became an educator, he took on a leadership position as the math department chair, member of the instructional leadership team, athletic director, and head basketball coach. He organized field trips to places to instill humility in his students such as Feeding My Starving Children and local food pantries. Kenyon also volunteered his time to run free camps in the summer which infused basketball skill development with daily classes that focused on financial literacy, economic awareness, accountability, and team building. Kenyon is looking forward to bringing his worldly knowledge into the Magnifying All Problems organization. His ability to educate the youth and adults will be very valuable within the organization. He has seen a plethora of problems get ignored and overlooked throughout his life, and he is elated that he will have an opportunity to magnify and resolve them.

Lawrence Gamble

Lawrence Gamble is the Executive Director of Magnifying All Problems aka MAP with responsibility for the coordination and administration of all aspects of this program including planning, organizing, staffing, leading, controlling program activities, and fundraising. He formerly served on the boards of Greater New Life MB Church, Kingdom Movement, Grace Central Church, and Community Support Alliance. Lawrence's goals are solving social problems and effecting social change. He has volunteered his services to many youth and adult programs, also organizing career services workshops, school supply giveaways, feeding the hungry, and has been an instrumental part in children and adult lives, helping them realize their full potential.

Maximilian A. Cole - CCO

Maximilian A. Cole is the Director of Communications and a Personalized Consultant for Magnifying All Problems (M.A.P.). Maximilian has both the duty and responsibility of disseminating all forms of communication to stakeholders, public servants, and the community. Maximilian will provide information, resources, and impending opportunities aimed at enhancing the organization. Maximilian has previously served as a School Leader for Teach For America's Summer Institute, Vice Chairman of the Local School Council at Manley Career Academy High School, and mentor for a male mentoring program known as Brothers Reaching Out (B.R.O.) at St. Katharine Drexel.
