Darren Nelson

Darren is our Location Support Supervisor and is a key player when it comes to the running of a location van. Darren has extensive knowledge and understanding of the setting up of a location kit that he has put into practice on productions of varying sizes since 2005, most recently being The Crown Seasons 1-4. Darren has worked with us for over 15 years and has become an integral member of our team as we aim to make your location set up (and clean up) as streamlined and easy as possible.

John Maloney

Job Titles:
  • Company Director
John Maloney is our founder and one of our two company directors. Having begun working in the film game in 1978, John's extensive career has enabled him to gain experience and understanding in almost all aspects of the industry. John's interpersonal skills secured him jobs on productions such as A Dry White Season (1989) where he was Marlon Brando's personal security, before later managing unit security on films like Snatch (1999). John entered the industry before the introduction of unit managers and in turn had to learn how to manage a unit base while on the job - dealing with issues such as parking without reservations, cooperating with residents and even moving entire bases to different locations.

Ray Cummins

Job Titles:
  • Location Security Supervisor
Ray Cummins has worked with us for over 20 years, refining his skills on productions such as Snatch (1999), 28 Days Later (2002), The Queen (2006), Top Boy (2011) and most recently The Crown, among many other others. Ray's demonstrated experience and unwavering commitment to the job has made him one of our most sought after team members, and we believe him to be one of the best lead men in the country.
