MEGA EAST PROPERTIES

MEGAEAST PROPERTIES,(MEPI) was founded in September 2004 and was officially opened in December 2004. MEPI initially was formed to handle select projects of Sta. Lucia Realty and Development, Inc. specifically Ponte Verde in Antipolo, Parkview in Caloocan, Vista Verde Executive Village in Cainta and Monte Verde Royale in Taytay. To date, almost all above mentioned projects have been sold out.
