Joe Mancini began his career as a Refrigeration, Heating and Air Conditioning technician specializing in diagnostics and troubleshooting. Over the past 40 years he has advanced his skills in becoming a leader in executing retrofit projects in High Rise Residential condominium as the client representative as well as full mechanical diagnostics, building inspection and system commissioning. Projects he has completed range from Condominium towers, Hospitals, Artic Research Lab re-certification to manufacturing plants, throughout Canada and the United States.
