Andy has more than three decades of experience with business technology in the Financial and Retail segments. Joining forces with Bill and Cal in January 1997, he has been a guiding force since MVi's early days. Andy has achieved numerous technical industry certifications from companies such as Microsoft, IBM, Nimble, Dell, Cisco and Laserfiche, and having gained a high degree of experience with sales, programing, software quality assurance, installation, and support during his career, Andy continues fulfilling our commitment to customer satisfaction in his role of relationship management and product sales.

Bill is a business leader with over three decades of experience providing technology solutions to the Financial Services Community, as well as other industries. A graduate of Brigham Young University, he has held key executive leadership positions as a Credit Union Manager and then as Cofounder and Vice President of Development at a leading software development company that provides core data processing systems to credit unions throughout North America. Since cofounding MVi in 1996, he continues to lead the company into the future. He is a service-oriented member of his community, a family man, and enjoys skiing and golfing with family and business associates.

Mr. Poulter graduated from Brigham Young University in 2003 with a degree in Computer Science. He began his full-time career at MVi following graduation. He worked the first 2 years in customer support and thereafter in product development, and now has over 14 years of experience working in the Financial Services industry. Bryon continues to develop and maintain many of the excellent software products used by MVi's customers.

Cal has spent over three decades helping customers in the Financial Services community and other industries take advantage of technology to improve their businesses. With a degree in Financial Management from Brigham Young University, Cal then served as a Credit Union Manager and later as Vice President of Support at a large financial data processing company. Teaming up with Bill to cofound MVi in 1996, he has been instrumental in developing support programs and tools that have allowed MVi to grow into a premier provider of Enterprise Content Management systems. Today, he still ensures that our customers implement the right products for their needs. He is an avid skier, golfer and gym-goer, loves his family, and loves to laugh.

Michelle oversees MVi's accounting and administrative functions, including human resources, payroll, state and federal tax reporting, order entry, shipping, and receiving. She joined MVi in 2010 with over 20 years of experience, including many years as CFO at other companies. Michelle assists every other member of MVi's Executive team and has created efficiencies that benefit MVi's employees and customers. Michelle is an infectiously happy, cool mom for her family and effective leader at MVi. A company party isn't complete without her spunky presence! She loves to vacation with her family and SCUBA dive.

Neal leads the Customer Service Department having joined MVi in 1998. He now has over two decades of experience in the Financial Services industry in both support and software development roles. He first worked for a leading credit union core data processing company where he was instrumental in developing resource programs and tools that helped his division grow and flourish. Neal has earned several technical certifications and industry specific credentials. Neal enjoys golf and spending time with his family.

Scott has held Executive Sales Management positions with Fortune 500 and other prominent companies including: Fiserv, Qwest Communications and Nokia Internet Communications as the Western Regional Territory Manager for Internet Security Products. He holds a degree from the University of Utah and an MBA/IT graduate degree. A former Reserve Officer in the Utah Air National Guard and The United States Air Force Reserve, he is also an experienced pilot who still loves to fly.
