Alyssa has been with Elite Retirement Group since July 2002. She handles all the financials as well as assisting clients with their accounts. If there is anything you need, she will be happy to help. Alyssa has an associate degree from North Central Technical College in marketing and is a licensed insurance agent. A lifetime resident of central Wisconsin, Alyssa enjoys walking, fishing and spending time with her family. She also enjoys watching the Packers!

Amelia coordinates opening new accounts for our clients. She enjoys being a part of welcoming new clients to our firm. Amelia holds a Bachelor of Science in Healthcare Administration and is working towards a Master of Business Administration. Outside the office, she enjoys spending time with her husband, Aaron, and their daughter Grace.

Cassie oversees the day-to-day operations of the offices as well as event planning. She loves catching up with clients and watching them thrive doing the things they have always wanted in retirement. Cassie earned double Bachelor of Science degrees in Psychology and Human Development from the University of Wisconsin-Green Bay. She is a 2022 alumni of Leadership Portage County and is a public notary. Outside of the office, Cassie enjoys spending time outdoors and at sporting events with her husband and their 3 kids. A supporter of The Preeclampsia Foundation, she actively raises awareness for the organization in honor & remembrance of her daughter, Aleah. In 2018, the Tudors were the Mission Family for the Green Bay Preeclampsia Foundation Promise Walk. In addition, Cassie has been Co-Chair for the Stevens Point Promise Walk since 2020. Cassie also sits on the Board of Directors for CIFSC.

Before entering the financial industry, Michael worked as an environmental consultant, then transitioned to construction management, where he worked as a structural engineer. But when the opportunity came up for him to work with his brother, Patrick, at Elite Retirement Group, Michael jumped at the chance to change his career path and do what comes naturally to him: helping people. Michael passed the Series 65 securities exam and is registered as an Investment Advisor Representative. He also holds a life and health insurance license in Wisconsin. He has a bachelor's degree from the University of Wisconsin-Stevens Point. You can hear Patrick and Michael on the "Retirement Solutions" radio show on WSAU 500 AM and 99.9 FM. Michael and his wife, Nicole, are parents to twins, Evan and Olivia. Along with spending time with family, Michael enjoys being outdoors hunting, fishing, boating and camping. Michael is a founding member and Eagle Scout of Troop 435, where he and Evan are active members.

Renee started her career at US Bancorp in 2007 as a Registered Sales Assistant. She has since worked at other financial institutions and private firms as well as an independent agent. Renee holds her Life license with the state of Wisconsin along with FINRA 6 & 7 security licenses and series 63. Her favorite part of this business is meeting new people and having the opportunity to help educate them as they work towards their financial goals. She says "so many folks have no idea where to start or what questions to even ask a financial professional." She enjoys working to identify their needs and then finding the solutions. "Financial planning is more like completing a puzzle than finances and money." Renee says helping people is the heart of her business model. Renee was born and raised in Wausau, WI. She attended UW Eau Claire where she majored in Biology. She currently resides in Rothschild, WI with her daughter Hannah, a student at UW Eau Claire, and their two adopted rescue dogs Justice and Liberty. In addition to Financial & Retirement planning, Renee works part time as a Mary Kay Independent Consultant. And during the summer months, she also assists the Wisconsin Valley Fair Board. In her spare time, Renee enjoys camping, fishing, water skiing, biking and snowmobiling. She is active in her church and serves on many committees. She also volunteers time to her daughter's local 4H club and archery club ‘Centershot'.

Sue joined Elite Retirement Group in September 2018. She will be the first person to greet you with popcorn, cookies and a beverage. Sue and her husband, Bruce, have been celebrating marriage since 1969. They have three adult children, Lisa (Todd), Michael (Nicole) and Patrick (Alyssa), along with six grandchildren. Outside the office, Sue enjoys spending time with her family, gardening and all things nature.

Victor started his career with Elite Retirement Group in May 2020. His passion for investing and helping people in his hometown community led him to the position. Victor is a 2020 North Dakota State graduate with a Bachelor of Science degree in finance and a minor in banking. At North Dakota State, he was on the football team and helped them achieve three national championships. Victor comes from a family of five and was married in August 2020. Away from the office, Victor enjoys golfing, hunting and being on the water.
