Ramesh Adhikari, the Managing Director of Nefa Treks comes from the famous Nepali village of Gorkha. He has been working in the Nepali tourism field for over a decade now and also specializes in the Cargo sector.
Ramesh pursued his education up to the Master's degree before deciding to work in the tourism field. At 35 years of age, he has spent almost one-third of his life working in the field. His valuable professional experience, coupled with his personal experience of growing up in the hills of Nepal has led to him being a veteran of the industry.

Hailing from the remote hills of Kalikasthan, Rasuwa in northern ends of Nepal, Toyanath Neupane is the director of Nefa Treks. He grew up in the lap of the Himalayas and has thus developed a keen aptitude for trekking through the hills and mountains of Nepal. Toyanath completed his Master's degree in Education but eventually returned to the tourism sector to pursue his career there. Thanks to growing up amidst the mountains and having more than a decade of experience in the industry, he is well versed in local culture and tradtion and has a vast knowledge of trekking/tour destinations in Nepal. At 50 years of age, he is also a veteran of the industry.
