She specializes in the luxury market with an emphasis on waterfront properties in St Petersburg and the surrounding communities throughout Florida. She has expertise in all facets of real estate transactions, both commercial and residential, including showings, listings, contract negotiations and marketing. In her spare time, she's either playing tennis or crewing on one of the racing boats at The Saint Petersburg Yacht Club.
Carol is a Maryland native who escaped east coast winters for the year round beautiful shores of St. Petersburg and the bustling Tampa Bay area. She loves to call St. Pete her home.
