NOMAD Group was founded by Al and Rebecca Yazbek, who wanted to bring the passion and dedication they saw at cellar doors around the country to the city. Nomad Sydney opened in Surry Hills in 2013, and was quickly recognised as a restaurant that is convivial, relaxed and fun dining room with a focus on cooking over fire, excellent wine and cocktails and refined service... In 2023, NOMAD Group expanded to include Beau in Surry Hills, Sydney followed by Reine & La Rue in the Cathedral Room at the corner of Queen and Collins in Melbourne CBD... We continue to work with our teams, our suppliers and our contractors to refine these measures even further. The scale of the environmental industry is such that businesses providing these services are now profitable enterprises. It no longer costs the earth to save the earth.
