Andrei R. Toma

As Legal Officer, Andrei is responsible for contracts, business transactions, and legal organization. He is charged with preventing/reducing the company's exposure to risk and liability. As an investor and the company's legal officer, he provides the company with legal advice and works to navigate the complex laws regarding investments. Seeing the opportunity in the economic downturn, Andrei was one of the first investors in The Black Mountain Investment Company. He provides the company with legal advice and works to navigate the complex laws regarding investments. Before joining The Black Mountain Investment Company, Andrei worked as an onsite manager for a general contracting company. Andrei regularly volunteers his time to help children in an orphanage whose founding was dedicated to the memory of his little sister, Benita, who was tragically lost when only she was only a few years old. Andrei also volunteers his time at his church where he serves as the program director. Andrei received a Juris Doctorate from the Sandra Day O'Connor College of Law. He received his Bachelor of Arts in Integrative Studies with a focus in philosophy from Arizona State University.

George Botea III

As the financial officer, George creates and maintains the company's budgets and accounting systems. Additionally, he also provides the reports by which the company makes both strategic and tactical decisions. George advises the board on financial policy and is responsible for the bookkeeping and payables/receivables staff. George was one of the founding members of another real property investment company and a luxury home contracting company. He works as the controller for a research and risk modeling company whose clients include universities, businesses and federal agencies. George earned a Juris Doctor from the Sandra Day O'Connor College of Law. He also received a Masters of Accountancy from the W.P. Carey School of Business, a Bachelor's degree in Economics and a Bachelor's degree in Accountancy from Arizona State University. George received multiple awards for his academic performance.

Jeff Ellington - Chairman

Jeff Ellington is the President and Chief Operating Officer of Runbeck Election Services. Ellington has distinguished himself as a leader in the election industry. Through several election cycles he has provided leadership and direction, driving improvements of processes while maintaining high quality standards. Runbeck Election Services partners with their customers to provide the most innovative and trusted election products and services. Ellington joined Runbeck in 2011 as Vice President of Vote by Mail, and in 2012 he became the Vice President of Field Operations. Since 2015 he has served as Chief Operating Officer, and he assumed the role of President in 2016. Prior to joining Runbeck, Ellington was the World-Wide Customer Service Manager at MailCode Inc. as well as Product Manager for Pitney Bowes. With multiple years of hands-on experience in elections, Ellington is a trailblazer with laser focus on customer satisfaction. He leads by example and pushes the innovation bubble across the entire team of specialists. He champions the Runbeck Lean Manufacturing initiative, consistently refining today's activity to build a stronger, more cohesive tomorrow for the teams and clients. His leadership provides a steady platform on which clients rely. Ellington'sVote-By-Mail experience is unsurpassed by anyone in the industry. Prior to entering the mailing and election industry, Ellington worked for Northwest Airlines (now Delta) to design, deploy and manage a document management system. This system replaced microfilm and allowed maintenance personnel to look up procedures via a web browser. Before joining Northwest Airlines he worked at Hartzell Propeller managing their customer care organization. As a graduate of Purdue University in Aeronautical Technology, Ellington is focused on efficient and quality outcomes. His dedication to customer satisfaction and high-quality service is a personal trademark of his career.

Jerry Howell

With over 30 years of experience in General Management, Business Development and Operational Management in the Aerospace Industry, Jerry has successfully managed businesses with a broad range of technologies, managed business turn around activity, improved profitability and increased marketshare. Jerry has held positions with Northrop Grumman, Hexcel, AAR Corp., ALCOA, Stellex, Primus International, etc. He is the current owner of Aero Partners, LLC a small consulting business based in Phoenix, AZ. Aero Partners provides consulting services to Aerospace Manufacturing, Aerospace Metals and Private Equity businesses.

Joe Grossnickle

Joe has spent his entire career at Precision Aero beginning with a four year apprenticeship graduating as a journeyman general machinist and culminating in 1982 when he accepted the position of President and General manager. During his tenure as President he led the company through transition to Lean Manufacturing and Implementation of the current Advanced QMS while increasing annual sales from $900,000 to $7,000,000. Joe has been active in encouraging young people to consider the machining trade. He directed the apprenticeship program for the San Fernando Valley Chapter of the National Tooling and Machining Association for 8 years from 1982 - 1990. He currently serves on the Trade Advisory Committee for the Machine Tool Manufacturing Program at Los Angeles Valley college. Prior to beginning his career at Riggins Engineering Joe served for 2 years in the United States Army Infantry where he focused on leadership training and earned the rank of Sergeant E5. He was also awarded the prestigious Expert Infantry Badge.

Mihai D Toma - President

Tim received his Bachelor's from Western Michigan University and resides in the Phoenix area.
