Adeline is our head of software Engineering. she leads the team in responsible of the generation of insights that drives some market behaviors by leveraging practices like Recommender Systems, Anomaly Detection, NLP, Machine Vision, Collaborative Filtering, Clustering, Classification, Regression, Deep Learning, and statistical modeling. Adeline plays an important role in our engineering team which is on a mission to redefine the future of investing. Adeline has a deep technical background in applied machine learning including deep learning, computer vision and natural language processing.
As our Chief Technology Officer, Alexandra oversees the firm's technology and operation functions. She focuses on building products that help our team augments their creativitiy and productivity. Alexandra is on a mission to reinvent the way humans and machines interact and collaborate on critical processes. She leads the firm in research, experimentation and implementation of new machine learning models and approaches which are critical to our trading platform. Alexandra has hand on knowledge of key programming languages such as Java, PHP, ActionScript, Javascript, Objective-C/Cocoa, and Ruby on Rails. She is an experienced technology architecture leader, having developed many proprietary trading systems. Prior to joining the firm, Alexandra held numerous positions at Landesbank, including global head of IT infrastructure engineering and operations.

Anders leads the firm's quantitative research team. He is responsible for conducting quantitative finance research with a focus on alpha extraction from high volume structure and non-structure datasets. He oversees all aspects of the research process including methodology selection, data collection and analysis, testing, prototyping, implementation, backtesting, and performance monitoring. Anders gets to challenge the impossible in quantitative research by applying sophisticated and complex statistical techniques to financial markets. Prior to joining the firm, he was the global head of quantitive equity research at Northern Rock's Reseach Group in Munich and before that he was the co-head of FX research at Alliance & Leicester in Frankfurt.

Maria leads the team responsible for developing, enhancing, modifying and maintaining applications in the global market environment. She designs software programs, codes, tests, debugs and documents programs. She develops and implements highly scalable and reliable data processing pipelines and performs analysis and insights to drive and optimize our performance results. Specifically, she builds python libraries to help solve our machine learning problems. Maria is trusted and expected to come up with what to build next. Her skills and interests range across data science, product development, NLP, information retrieval, and recommender system. She gets to build products which are immediately deployed to solve our most interesting problems.
Momar Ndiaye - Chairman, Chief Investment Officer, Founder

Momar is the Chairman, Chief Investment Officer and Founder of the company which he established in 2017. He oversees the firm's investment research, investment strategy, risk management, and capital allocation as well as the development and deployment of its back-testing software. He is passionate about the opportunities for humans to discover new ways of working with machines in creative realms. Most recently, he was servicing multiple family offices with offerings including market independent strategies, seed and acceleration co-investment opportunities with established smaller hedge funds and select emerging hedge fund managers. Momar has been a passionate entrepreneur and strategist in the fields of creative technology, innovation and R&D for twenty years. He is a licensed private pilot, certified EMT and a deepwater submersible pilot.

Pierre is a passionate engineer with an interest in machine learning and NLP. He works in special projects critical to the firm's needs. Pierre brings fresh ideas from all areas including information retrieval, distributed computing, large-scale system design, networking and data storage, security and artificial intelligence, UI design and mobile; the list goes on and its growing everyday. Pierre was put on this earth to design things that improve people's lives and he gets to do it every day at work. Having completed a Doctorate Thesis in "Learning Method for Dynamic Topic Modeling in Automated Behavior Analysis", Pierre is a critical member of our firm as he helps develop our analytics function and key platform features
Tony oversees our firm's scalable approach to long-term financial planning, strategic corporate finance, financial operations and international expansion. He is responsible for the executive oversight of the firm's enterprise risk management function, including strategic planning, budget, project monitoring, risk, financial, analytics, asset management, cost accounting and business continuity. Tony is also responsible for the application of, and the compliance with the generally accepted accounting principles. Prior to joining the firm, he served as Chief Financial Officer at Fortis Germany. Prior to that, he held several positions with Landesbank's strategic business development department.

Ulrich is our Chief Executive Officer. Prior to joining the firm in 2018, Ulrich was the President and CEO of Dexia N.V. Before joining Dexia N.V., he was the head of Distribution for Nordbank Funds. He also spent a decade at First Merchant, where he held numerous leadership roles in the United States and Germany, including CEO of its New York based distribution arm. Earlier in his career, Ulrich was a fund manager at Bradford and Bingley and also worked at Landeskbank. Ulrich is also the founder of several non profit organizations which prepare young people for careers in the creative arts and is a trustee in the Art Fund.
