The system is implemented as a web application built with ASP.NET server technology, JavaScript and VueJS on the web client, SQL Server for the database and hosted in Amazon Web Services. Salesforce integration, which includes Sales Cloud for capturing sales processes from lead to closed deals, Service Cloud for maintaining customer relationship and ongoing support, and Marketing Cloud to gather new leads and drive new business.
