John has been representing businesses and businesspeople in the North Texas area for more than twenty-eight years. He has tried numerous cases at various levels of the judicial system, including federal district court and state district court. He has also presented appeals to the Supreme Court of Texas, the United States Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit, and ten of the fourteen intermediate courts of appeal in Texas. In addition to his trial practice, John is a trained mediator and summary jury trial judge. As a result of displaying a high degree of skill, competence, and professionalism, he has earned an AV-Preeminent rating from Martindale-Hubbell. John received his law degree from SMU School of Law in 1988, where he served as an Associate Editor for the Southwestern Law Journal. While still in law school, he successfully presented an appeal to the Supreme Court of Texas through the school's civil clinic program, resulting in a published opinion reversing the lower court. He also completed his first jury trial through the school's clinic program. After graduating from law school, John served a judicial clerkship as briefing attorney for the Honorable Gordon H. Rowe, Associate Justice of the Court of Appeals for the Fifth District of Texas at Dallas. There, John had the pleasure of working with future Supreme Court of Texas Justices Nathan Hecht, Craig Enoch, and James Baker. As a seasoned trial lawyer, John continues to maintain a high level of practice. He has represented clients in cases reported in the Wall Street Journal and Dallas Morning News, as well as ones featured on local news broadcasts and the national news program, Nightline. His civil trial practice includes representation in both state and federal court and encompasses a wide range of areas.

Steve Dennis website Steve was admitted to the Texas State Bar in 2003 and the Oklahoma State Bar in 2005. Steve knew after his first experience representing a client in front of a judge and jury that he had found his calling. His areas of practice include employment litigation, construction litigation (defective workmanship and fatality accident/catastrophic injury), insurance litigation, general civil and commercial litigation, transportation litigation, product liability and personal injury. He has handled complex general litigation matters in Texas and across the nation. Steve has a strong record of success. He has prevailed on his clients' behalf in jury trials involving construction related issues, commercial disputes, trucking accidents, premises defects and personal injury claims. He has tried commercial and contractual disputes to the bench. He has also prevailed on his clients' behalf in numerous arbitrations involving commercial contract, employment and construction issues. Prior to entering the field of law, Steve gained invaluable practical experience in the construction industry and in business. He worked for over fifteen years in the carpentry and electrical fields for himself and others. He has worked stints in the transportation industry, in the oil field and in steel erection. He is a journeyman level carpenter and is a licensed journeyman electrician. This practical experience, coupled with his legal experience, provides him with the unique ability to analyze employment, commercial and construction-related issues for his clients from a legal and practical "real life" perspective. Bill was admitted to the Texas State Bar in 1987. His areas of practice include staff leasing, insurance bad faith, general civil and commercial litigation, employment litigation, transportation litigation, construction disputes, insurance coverage litigation, non-subscriber litigation, products liability and personal injury. Bill has represented small businesses, large corporations, insurance companies, insureds and individuals. He has a strong record of success. He has handled large personal injury and commercial cases in state and federal courts. Bill has also appeared in numerous arbitrations before the American Arbitration Association. His practice is national in scope and he has served as primary counsel to clients in the litigation and arbitration of disputes in Arkansas, Nebraska, Florida, Tennessee, Missouri, Oklahoma, California, Arizona, Illinois, Louisiana and Texas. Bill has tried more than 70 civil jury trials and 40 bench trials to verdict. Bill received a B.S., from Oklahoma State University, in 1984, and a J.D. from the University of Tulsa School of Law in 1987 where he served as member of the Tulsa Energy Law Review. Bill left a large Dallas law firm in 1995 to form Reid & Associates, now Reid Dennis & Frick.
