As a former chief financial officer of a publicly-held restaurant company, he thoroughly understands restaurants and can connect the dots between finance and operations. Few in the industry have the depth of experience or can provide the historical context to the financial side of restaurants than John. John also publishes Franchise Times Magazine and Food On Demand News and is the founder of the Restaurant Finance & Development Conference.

Mary Jo is vice president and publisher of Franchise Times Corp., which produces both the Restaurant Finance Monitor and Franchise Times magazine. In addition to her publishing duties, she also heads up the sales and planning efforts for the Restaurant Finance & Development Conference.
As conference coordinator, Rachel handles all conference attendee registrations, as well as assisting them with questions and other details. Part of her day consists of communicating with our conference speakers, acting as a liaison for them on all the finer details: from booking hotel rooms to lining up their event schedule when they arrive on site at the conference-and everything in between.
