Alex Monroe, Tier II Team Lead Iron Man DESCRIPTION Our software is like Jarvis, smart technology that makes our clients' lives easier. But, every Jarvis needs an Iron Man to keep it running. When Alex isn't making sure our tech runs smoothly, you can often find Alex daydreaming about the Marvel universe or getting into heated discussions with the team about which universe is better, Marvel or DC. But, he's actually a really chill guy. His biggest pet peeve is when people make a mountain out of a molehill. When he's not living his double life as a superhero, you can catch him collecting Funko Pops! He currently has over 550 individual figures! Fun fact - He can play trumpet and juggle!

Ben Tapia, Client Onboarding Specialist The Powerlifter DESCRIPTION He may look clean-cut now, but back in the day Ben was in a gothic-industrial band circa 2007! He plays bass guitar and is no stranger to the mosh pit. Besides headbanging, his guilty pleasure is watching Chopped and getting inspiration for his next culinary creation. His favorite food includes anything that comes in an all-you-can-eat format...Korean BBQ and Sushi being some of the top contenders! Edgar Pineda, Tier I Specialist Convo King DESCRIPTION First he's sour, then he's sweet. Just kidding - the only thing sour about Edgar is his Sour Patch addiction. He's always willing to jump in and help our clients reach their goals. He hopes to make his big break one day by winning a million dollars on Deal or No Deal and then he'll move to Europe for a year and perfect his photography skills! She now leads our TX reception team and provides top-notch customer service to our clients. Outside of work, one of her favorite hobbies is reptile and fish keeping. She also loves kicking back and binge-watching Rick and Morty, with Starbucks and chocolate in hand. What's at the top of her bucket list? Paragliding! He strives to make every step of the customer journey an amazing experience. He understands the importance of the customer journey, because he's no stranger to adventures himself! We get a lot of calls each day so juggling that and many other administrative tasks is much like being a conductor. Which is perfect because she's no stranger to directing the choir. Outside of work, she lives for the limelight. She loves musical theater and singing! Next time you're on a call with her, maybe she'll grace you with her favorite show tune! Garrett's main job is to onboard new clients and maintain ongoing client relationships, but he's really known for being the jack of all trades. He's always willing to jump in wherever needed!
Just like his work ethic, he has a wide range of interests too. His favorite show is Sons of Anarchy, but he's also pretty good at writing poetry. We think he could be the next Shakespeare prodigy!

Gianna Cipollone, Chief Operating Officer Master of Mayhem DESCRIPTION G is our operations ninja! She's always in 50 different places at once, juggling all the mayhem with a smile on her face! She pushes us every day to challenge ourselves and grow. But, she has a soft side too...her favorite show is Grey's Anatomy after all! You can't get through an episode without a few tears. Giselle joined our awesome TX sales team and has FBI-level Google Search skills, which comes in handy while developing her outreach list.
Outside the office, she loves spending time with her husband, her dog, playing volleyball, or dancing. She's generally very mellow, except when Alexa doesn't respond to her questions or commands accurately.

Jordan Ray, Full Stack Developer Tank Builder DESCRIPTION Better known as J-Ray is our Full Stack Developer and everything he builds is fire. He makes the impossible happen and is constantly improving our software to offer our clients the best product out there! His software engineering skills are so solid, everything he builds is often referred to as "tanks." He can sling code faster than the speed of lighting, but outside of work he loves working out, body building, and learning about stocks and investments. If you need to strategize retirement plans and talk about Wall Street, he's your guy! Fun fact - His favorite show ever is Breaking Bad!
Houston, we DON'T have a problem when our clients are completing their onboarding with Josh and his team. The launch team sets our clients up for success by showing them all the ins and outs of how our product works. He can juggle multiple tasks, and he can also juggle objects!
