Mrs. Alicia Irene Lavergne-Ramírez is a special counsel with the firm's litigation department. Alicia focuses her practice on civil and commercial litigation before the Commonwealth U.S. Federal trial and appellate courts. She also has experience on proceedings before administrative agencies, as well as advising clients with respect to Securities, Bankruptcy, Insurance, and Constitutional issues. She has represented various insurance companies in Puerto Rico and in Florida, with respect to insurance coverage and torts litigation issues. Alicia is also experienced in Family and Probate law and previously worked in the litigation department of a major law firm in Puerto Rico and was one of the founding partners of her previous law firm.
Mr. Gustavo Viviani is a trial lawyer focusing on litigation matters, particularly of a banking, corporate and estate law nature. He has substantial court experience and frequently represents financial institutions in the Puerto Rico Supreme Court, Puerto Rico Court of Appeals, Puerto Rico State Court, Federal District Court and Puerto Rico Bankruptcy Court.

Ms. Janelle Reyes is a tax attorney whose practice areas include corporate taxation; tax exemption; income, property and municipal taxation; tax disputes; and employee benefits. Janelle also has experience in areas of commercial litigation, asset protection, and estate planning and liquidation.

Mr. José Sánchez-Castro is a co-founding member of the firm. José's practice focuses on securities and corporate laws. He represents established investment companies in a wide range of transactions, including public offerings, mergers and acquisitions, and federal and state securities laws compliance.
Mrs. Ubiñas's practice has concentrated on areas of corporate law, commercial law, real estate finance, as well as government affairs.
