He earned his MD from the University of North Carolina School of Medicine, an AB in Molecular Biology from Princeton University, and a Masters in Medical Education from the University of Pennsylvania Perelman School of Education. William Dixon, MD, M.Ed., is a clinical assistant professor at Stanford University, emergency physician, Signos co-founder, and disease prevention proponent.

Jodi Geigle

Jodi Geigle, AADP CHC, is a nutritionist and a certified sports science nutrition & exercise physiology coach. She's the Director of Customer Experience at Signos and also heads up the overall nutrition messaging, in-app nutrition experiences, nutrition consultations, and more.

Jonathan (Jack) Lord

Jack served on the board of directors of Dexcom from 2008 to 2017, and from 2010 to 2017, he served as its Chairman. Jack is a board-certified forensic pathologist and Fellow of the College of American Pathologists. He currently serves as the Chairman of the Board at BIOLASE, on the Advisory Board to the Director of the CDC, and the World Economic Forums Global Agenda Council on Chronic Disease and Malnutrition. He joined Humana Inc. in 2000 where he served as Chief Innovation Officer and as Senior Vice President. With more than 20 years in medical administration, he joined Humana from Health Dialog, where he served as President and became a leader in e-enabled healthcare. Prior to joining Health Dialog, he served as Chief Operating Officer of the American Hospital Association in Washington, D.C., Executive Vice President of Anne Arundel Medical Center in Annapolis, MD, and Executive Vice President of Sun Health in Charlotte, NC.
