Alison holds an M.S. in Human Clinical Nutrition from Maryland University of Integrative Health. Her undergraduate degree is in Health and Exercise Science with a minor in Psychology. Her nutrition philosophy holds that each individual knows their body better than anyone else; she strives to help each patient she encounters feel completely heard and seen and strives to work as an ally with them to reach their goals on their health journey.
Providing education around nourishing the body is something that Alison believes is key in achieving optimal health. A primarily whole-food diet (fruits, vegetables, high quality proteins and fats), adequate clean water consumption, and movement are the cornerstones from which Alison practices.
Alison has been a personal trainer in South Jersey for ten years and holds certifications in Functional Range Conditioning (FRCms), Exercise Physiology (ACSM), and Functional Range Assessment (FRA). Movement is a large part of keeping the body well, and Alison believes in employing gentle, fun, pain-free movement into the daily routine.
Alison's favorite things to do are walk the beach or boardwalk, play with her puppy, Keira, (15 yr old baby!) play the piano, read mystery novels, play beach volleyball, cook, and eat great food!
Dr. Shah completed his fellowship in nephrology at the Albert Einstein Medical center in Philadelphia PA. He completed an internal medicine residency at UMDNJ- Robert Wood Johnson in New Brunswick NJ. His experience in nephrology and medicine exceeds 20-years.
Dr. Shah has vast knowledge in nephrology including glomerulonephritis, renal replacement therapy, kidney stones, kidney cysts and hypertension. He is part of the teaching staff in Atlanticare Regional Medical Center residency program and was part of teaching staff at Lehigh Valley Medical Center. Besides being a member of prestigious societies like American Society of Nephrology, National Kidney Foundation, Renal Physicians Association; He has multiple publications in reputable medical journals. Dr. Shah is a medical director at Liberty Dialysis- Linwood NJ, which provides multiple programs tailored and individualized to specific patient needs.
Dr. Shah is passionate about providing the best care for his patients with his training experiences, extensive medical knowledge and leadership qualities.
Dr. Sara Tadros is a graduate from the prestigious Palmer College of Chiropractic's Florida Campus. She has over 15 years of clinical experience and has a passion for helping others. Her doctorate work has allowed her to serve her patients to achieve ultimate health and wellness using a head to toe approach. She provides spinal correction through chiropractic adjustments and various non-invasive, drug free, hands on techniques. Dr. Tadros stays on the cutting edge of holistic medicine, through her training and excellent diagnostic ability, she is able to customize a unique and effective treatment plan to help and accommodate every patient's needs and lifestyle. Her objective is to treat not only the symptoms causing the pain, but to address the body as a whole to manage and treat the cause of the injury, allowing you to "Live Your Best Life".
Dr. Stein has been a practicing nephrologist for 37 years. He completed his medical residency at Albert Einstein College of Medicine-Jacobi Hospital including a chief residency in 1980 and then completed a three-year Nephrology fellowship at Yale University where he was engaged in clinical and bench research. He practiced Nephrology at Abington Memorial Hospital for 35 years and served as medical director of the Davita Abington Dialysis Center from 1996-2017. He is a Fellow of the American Society of Nephrology and of the American College of Physicians. He was listed as a "Top Doc" in the Philadelphia Magazine. Dr. Stein has published numerous articles in basic science as well as clinical research in numerous prestigious Nephrology journals. He has been a leading member of the Nephrology community in Philadelphia for many years as well as an educator of residents and medical students.
Dr Kohli completed his fellowship in general nephrology at the University of Pennsylvania Hospital, and went on to pursue a fellowship in transplant nephrology at the same program. He completed an internal medicine residency at the University of Buffalo, where he served as chief resident.
Dr Kohli has vast knowledge in kidney transplant medicine and general nephrology including; glomerulonephritis, renal replacement therapy, kidney stones, kidney cysts and hypertension. He was part of the teaching staff PENN medicine residency program and is currently is teaching staff at Atlanticare residency program. Besides being a member of prestigious societies like American Society of Nephrology, National Kidney Foundation, and American Society of Transplant; He has multiple publications in reputable medical journals. Dr Kohli provides services Davita Dialysis, which provides multiple programs tailored and individualized to specific patient needs.

Lizzie Fogler completed her nursing degree from Gwynedd Mercy University and an undergraduate Biology degree from Rider University. She went in to earn her masters degree in Nursing from Stockton University in 2021. She has vast knowledge in metabolic disorders and a passion in preventative diseases especially diabetes. Lizzie is very passionate about health and wellness. Her goal is to achieve and maintain optimal levels of health in all her patients. Lizzie is a dedicated athlete and is knowledgeable in metabolic and physical fitness and nutritional optimization. She is part of the SMC endocrinology, diabetes, & metabolism team, as well as the SMC weight management team.
Dr Alikhan completed her fellowship at Rutgers University - Robert Wood Johnson Medical School in New Brunswick, NJ. Prior to this, Dr Alikhan completed her Internal Medicine residency at AtlantiCare Regional Medical Center in NJ.
Dr Alikhan has extensive knowledge and experience diagnosing and treating many Rheumatologic conditions such as rheumatoid arthritis, psoriatic arthritis, gout, pseudogout, scleroderma, vasculitis, sarcoidosis, osteoarthritis, and osteoporosis. Dr Alikhan is passionate about being an advocate for her patients and believes that they should play an active role in decisions regarding their healthcare. When she is not working, Dr Alikhan enjoys spending time in the gym, travelling, and improving her culinary skills.
Shari Shaltout is a graduate of UMASS Amherst with a Doctorate in Nursing Practice. She worked for many years in the acute care setting taking care of gastroenterological post-surgical as well as general medical/surgical patients as both a patient care associate and registered nurse. She is truly excited to move to the out-patient setting as a provider helping patients to achieve their best health goals. Having lived all over the world, she has learnt to treat people of all backgrounds with respect and understanding and has a genuine desire to see people succeed. Along with a healthy sense of humor, she has a wealth of education and experience to bring to the team in working toward the common goal of improving outcomes for all patients. She has a particular interest in helping others enjoy the best possible quality of life while managing the challenges of chronic illness.
In her spare time she enjoys rowing and traveling to new places. She is also trying to learn to play the saxophone - a work in progress!
Dr. Naber completed his fellowship in nephrology at Hofstra University of North Shore-LIJ Hospital, NY. He completed an internal medicine residency at Mount Sinai School of Medicine, where he also served as chief resident.
Dr. Naber has vast knowledge in nephrology including glomerulonephritis, kidney transplantation, renal replacement therapy, kidney stones, kidney cysts and hypertension. He is part of the teaching staff in Atlanticare Regional Medical Center residency program and Rowan University Medical School. Besides being a member of prestigious societies like American Society of Nephrology, National Kidney Foundation, and Renal Physicians Association; He has multiple publications in reputable medical journals and is also a peer reviewer in many medical and renal journals. Dr. Naber is the medical director of Davita Dialysis which provides multiple programs tailored and individualized to specific patient needs.
