Structure Leasing & Engineering was founded in 2002 as a company dedicated to the application and permitting process for CLEC's to occupy, lease space, co-own, and attach to ILEC utility poles and conduit systems... SLE provides permit request packages to respective utility pole owners for CLEC's who want to own or lease space on their poles. In addition, we are an approved vendor for AT&T, vendor ID available upon request... SLE provides encroachment permit drawing for crossing over or under rail-road tracks. Application submittals to UPRR or Caltrain are also included.
