State Wide Community Services is a registered NDIS provider that provides in-home and community access services for people with disability, under the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS). We have been established in response to local community demand for culturally informed, quality disability support services in the South East metropolitan region of Perth in Western Australia.
