Faith and Family. Throughout the years my focus and emphasis has been on my family and the Lord. Our last daughter is a senior and will be leaving for college in August 2020. My time has been spent raising our children and organizing and running a household. Bible study and Christian fellowship continues to feed my soul throughout the week. As the CEO of Maverick Logistics, I look forward to a new and exciting chapter in my life as we navigate the challenges in the oil and gas industry. Family is first and foremost in my nature and it is with that commitment I want to encourage and nurture not only our employees, but our drivers, the owner operators, and our service companies.

I was born in Austin, TX and raised in Tolar, TX, where I graduated from high school in 2010. After attending college at Tarleton State University and earning an Associate's degree in Sociology, I decided that pursuing further education wasn't the path I wanted to follow. Wanting to build a career for myself in the Oil & Gas industry, I accepted a factory position as a frac pump assemblyman with FMC in Stephenville, TX. Determined to learn everything I could about the industry, I took each opportunity that came to me, ultimately climbing from assemblyman to floor supervisor. After spending 6 years in manufacturing, I decided I wanted to get more experience with field operations. I became a dispatcher in 2017, and immediately took to the challenging, high-paced, and ever-changing work environment. I'm currently serving as the Director of Logistics for Maverick Logistics and couldn't love what I do more! I enjoy grilling, travelling, and football! Hook 'em Horns!
After graduating from Del Rio High School, I began my oil and gas career, working for over ten years in the industry, with seven of those in the supervisorial role. This includes being a district supervisor of operations for south Texas, district supervisor of logistics for Texas and Louisiana, and a project manager covering Texas, New Mexico, and Pennsylvania. My knowledge of logistics, and the demand and challenges of this industry have opened so many doors, allowing me the opportunity to grow not only professionally, but also personally. Currently, as vice president of operations, my duties and responsibilities range from recruiting drivers, contracting new partnerships, and conducting employee orientations. My commitment to provide service and assistance to our customers continues to be my daily priority. With that being said, I like to be both the familiar face in the field, as well as in the office.
Sean began his journey in 1990 as a driver after deciding college was not a good fit for him. Sean's career quickly progressed working with several US based O&G service companies, as well as global energy providers. Sean served as VP of Operations at HLI Energy, US Depot Manager at Air Liquide, Division Manager at Tervita, and President of Cisco Logistics prior to venturing off to proudly form Maverick Logistics Service. He and his wife Amanda have been together 20 years have three beautiful daughters and a wonderful son.
