As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, I work with individuals to help relieve symptoms of anxiety and depression, gain confidence and self-esteem, navigate life transitions, and more. My qualifications include two master's degrees, as well as professional training in psychodynamic therapy. I use a mixture of psychodynamic , humanistic and mindfulness-based techniques, and specialize in working with creatives and POC.
