Thompson, he co-chaired the Criminal Law Edit, Alignment and Reform (CLEAR) Commission which, after two years of deliberations, submitted to the Illinois General Assembly significant legislative revisions to the Criminal Code of 1961 (720 ILCS 5/1-1 et seq.) as well as to the Unified Code of Corrections (730 ILCS 5/1-1-1 et seq.). Mr. Horwitch is a member of the Illinois State Bar Association. Mr. Horwitch served on the Superintendent's Citizen Finance and Facilities Committee for North Shore School District 112. That committee was charged with conducting an in-depth study of North Shore School District 112's facilities and finances and to recommend options that were presented to the broader community.

Megan E. Ryan

Megan Ryan is an associate whose practice is focused on complex commercial litigation and business disputes. Nikki Marcotte is an associate who specializes in complex commercial litigation, employment litigation, and government investigations. Nikki is no stranger to the litigation process as she has extensive experience at the initial pleadings phase, in all aspects of discovery and e-discovery, successfully drafting and arguing dispositive motions, and throughout the appeals process. Before joining Tabet DiVito & Rothstein, Nikki served as a judicial clerk on the Kansas Supreme Court for the Honorable Melissa T. Standridge. She also served then-Judge Standridge on the Kansas Court of Appeals prior to that. Right out of law school, Nikki was a general litigation associate at a large firm in Kansas City, Missouri for two years. There, she largely focused her practice on white collar criminal defense work, government investigations and compliance, employment defense, and other various complex commercial litigation matters. Nikki is also passionate about pro bono work and devotes much of her pro bono practice to postconviction and civil rights matters.
