Terrell focuses on ensuring best-in-class management services for a wide range of clients, including property owners, residents, investment partners, and housing agencies... Jolly & Associates the property acquisition branch seeks out properties in disrepair, restoring them inside and out. We then rent these properties to responsible tenants. Through both organizations, we seek to become an integral part of the communities we are a part of. By joining or attending the neighborhood organizations we learn how best the area can thrive.
