Jennifer has been with TRAX Analytics for over four years. Her previous work experience includes mobile application development and deployment, small business sales and consulting, construction management, and marketing. Her background has helped her to successfully deploy a multitude of software-only projects, as well as large-scale, hardware and construction-intensive installations across the US.
Jennifer graduated from the University of Florida with a BA degree in Marketing. She also has a Master's degree in International Business from the Warrington College of Business Administration, University of Florida. She is PMP Certified, and also a licensed Realtor.
Outside of the office, Jennifer enjoys fostering kittens, traveling to new places, and tackling home improvement projects. She always looks forward to seeing how companies across different verticals operate in comparison to one another. Each is so unique and provides a new perspective!

- Vice President of Client Success
Lindsay has over 13 years of experience working in client success with a specialty in technology-based companies. Over the course of her career, she has successfully managed several teams and dozens of Fortune 100 and Fortune 500 clients.
At TRAX, Lindsay's main priority is seamless client adoption of the SmartRestroom or Clean+Inspect systems, supporting her team so that all clients are successful and realize the full potential of their TRAX system. In addition to managing a team of Client Success Managers, Lindsay is responsible for TRAX Support teams.
Lindsay has a Bachelor's degree in Communications from Kennesaw State University. Outside of the office, Lindsay enjoys tennis, cooking, traveling, and working out. She looks forward to helping all TRAX clients achieve and even expand their goals for their systems. Whether it's operations or corporate-based goals, TRAX streamlines the day-to-day management of client facilities and Lindsay's team is here to help!
Patrick has worked in Integrated Facility Management (IFM) in the aviation industry for over 15 years. He specializes in adopting and implementing new technology and developing sustainable and lean operational practices.
Patrick has a dual Master's Degree in Environmental Sustainability from Southern New Hampshire University and an MBA in Project Management from Questrom School of Business, Boston University. He also has a B.S in Project Management from Southern New Hampshire University.
Outside of the office, Patrick enjoys golfing, barbecuing, and traveling with his family and friends. He looks forward to working with facility partners to create data-driven processes and drive sustainability practices.
Tracy Davis is President and CEO of TRAX Analytics, LLC. and the visionary behind the TRAX Analytics platform for janitorial and facility management, which has been featured in the New York Times, Wall Street Journal, and named USA Today's Top 10 Airport Amenity. Tracy graduated with a bachelor's from Emory University and continued to oversee research labs in the Developmental and Cognitive Neuroscience department at the Yerkes National Primate Research Center post-graduation. Tracy managed the research lab's data collection and supported the data analysis for publications featured in the American Society of Anesthesiologists in 2015. Outside of the office, Tracy enjoys cooking, yoga, and hiking with her Boston Terrier Milo. She looks forward to seeing the future growth of TRAX and making a meaningful impact on facilities and teams globally.
