TRANSITION GREENSBORO

We are citizens living in Greensboro, NC, who are aware of the challenges facing us in light of dwindling resources, climate change, and economic instability. We are intent on inspiring, supporting, and learning from each other as we consider, adopt, adapt, and implement initiatives in our neighborhoods and communities, based on the world-wide Transition Network, which includes several Transition initiatives in the US... Our initial goals are to develop awareness in Greensboro about the issues of concern and collaborate with other groups that are working toward similar goals... We intend to collaborate closely with individuals and members of various other groups, organizations, and businesses who are concerned about the future of the people and communities of Greensboro. Anyone is welcome to attend our IWG meetings.
