Jun is a Director of the firm and has more than 25 years of experience as a practitioner and as an in-house corporate counsel. Jun has a multi-industry and diverse experience ranging from being a deputy head in a major oil, gas and chemicals company to having senior positions in 3 international banks (the last of which as head of the legal department overseeing operations in Singapore and South East Asia), in FMCG and a real estate giant in APAC. Jun's experience gives her a unique and broad ranging perspective to her practice. Jun specialises in corporate, commercial, banking and regulatory matters including commodity and trade finance, international trade (& rules including Incoterms, UCP, ISP98 etc), shipping and marine, surety (guarantees, bonds, letters of credit, performance bonds), cross border issues, corporate secretarial,commodity derivatives and CFDs, tenancy agreements, data privacy/PDPA, employment law, wills and lasting power of attorney (LPA), drafting policy documents and general terms and conditions.
Mr Wong Ching Hoong is a Director of the firm. He graduated from the University of Singapore with a Bachelor of Laws (Honours). A previous partner of a medium-sized law firm, Mr Wong is an experienced property and conveyancing lawyer with 39 years of experience. His work includes handling landed property transactions, condominuims, commercial properties, and HDB sale and purchases. His practice also include insurance law, personal injury and motor accident claims, general litigation, family law and probate. He has acted for some major insurance companies and his clientele include some major local and foreign banks in Singapore (on a reciprocal basis).
