Oliver Scott has twelve years of experience managing small business training and financing institutions, including as Director at OBDC, the top SBA MicroLoan and Community Advantage lender in the nation. He previously served as the National Development Council's 7(a) Loan Officer in the Pacific Northwest, and the Program Loans Manager of Evergreen Business Capital. Oliver launched an entrepreneurship training program in Guadalajara, Mexico, where he mentored woman-owned, small- and micro-enterprises using the same Centro curriculum Urban Business Support teaches.
