Arturo has more than 20 years of work experience as a management consultant, specializing in economic development, strategy, governance, risk management, finance, and organizational change management.
He has earned an MBA in Strategic Management and Leadership from Peter F. Drucker School of Management at Claremont Graduate University and a BA in Economics as well as a concentration in Finance from Haas School of Business of U.C Berkeley.

Christine Rose, PCC, is an award-winning ICF and Taylor Protocols CVI™ certified business and executive coach. Oliver Scott has twelve years of experience managing small business training and financing institutions, including as Director at OBDC, the top SBA MicroLoan and Community Advantage lender in the nation.
He previously served as the National Development Council's 7(a) Loan Officer in the Pacific Northwest, and the Program Loans Manager of Evergreen Business Capital.
Oliver launched an entrepreneurship training program in Guadalajara, Mexico, where he mentored woman-owned, small- and micro-enterprises using the same Centro curriculum Urban Business Support teaches.
He was educated at American River College, Pomona College, Oxford University, and Duke University and is fluent in Spanish and French.
