Justin serves on the boards of the Robinson Middle School Foundation (for which he is treasurer), Bike Walk Wichita, and the Medical Society of Sedgwick County. He is a past President of the McLean Science and Technology Magnet PTA, for which he won the Wichita Public Schools Good Apple Award for Exemplary Service and Dedication. He is also past Chairperson of the Wichita American Diabetes Association Tour de Cure Committee. He has served as a volunteer endocrinologist at Guadalupe Clinic since 2015

Matt serves on the boards of Great Plains Diabetes and as Board President of Bike Walk Wichita. Matt is Executive Co-Chair of the statewide Kansas Community Health Worker Coalition. Prior to his role as Executive Co-Chair, he served as Co-Chair of the Education Committee. Matt serves as a Steering Committee member for the Young Leaders United through United Way. Matt also serves with the Health & Wellness Coalition of Wichita to assist with conference and other educational program development.

Shelley serves on the Advisory Committee for Master's Level Psychologists-Kansas Behavioral Sciences Regulatory Board, Advisory Committee Member of the Mental Health Parity Committee of the Kansas Mental Health Coalition, Co-Chair of the Total Person Health COmmittee of the National Alliance of Healthcare Purchaser Coalitions, and ProviDRs Care Network Physician Reimbursement Committee. Shelley is a past board member of Eastside Rotary Club, Girls on the Run, Wichita Business Coalition on Healthcare, Nonprofit Chamber of Solutions, Nonprofit Solutions, Child Advocacy Centers of Kansas, and the Kansas Advisory Group on Juvenile Justice and Delinquency Prevention.
