Ben Reichel is a senior executive, company director and lawyer with 25 years of expertise in the gaming, media and technology sectors, at large and small listed public companies. He has held senior positions (Executive Director, MD & CEO, General Counsel, President and COO) in leading gaming companies (Tab Limited (ASX:TAB), Donaco International Limited (ASX:DNA), VGW Holdings Limited) and media companies (Publishing and Broadcasting Limited (ASX:PBL) and Two Way Limited (ASX:TTV). Ben was educated at the University of Sydney and the University of California, Berkeley.

He also acts as non-executive Chairman of artificial intelligence/e-commerce business RooLife (ASX: RLG) and non-executive director of IT service provider COSOL (ASX: COS) - ASX's best performing IPO of 2020.

Nick Prosser is a senior executive with over 20 years of experience in the ICT sector and over 10 years as a founder, entrepreneur and private investor. Currently. Nick is a director of global technology company Advanced Human Imaging (ASX:AHI). Nick's areas of expertise are compliance, acquisitions and strategic business direction. Previously Nick was a founder of Canberra Data Centre (CDC) from January 2007 until May 2016, which was the largest provider of data center services to the Australian Federal Government. CDC was acquired by Infratil in 2016.

An engineer in the information age who has never met a problem he can't tackle, and he's a big fan of automation, data and machine learning. However, every action has an equal and opposite reaction, and Ryan likes to escape the numbers by getting into nature and away from it all.
