David B. Goetz

David is a graduate of Syracuse University, magna cum laude, class of 1988. He earned his law degree from Temple University James E. Beasley School of Law in 1993, and was an editor for the Temple Law Review from 1991-1993. He went on to earn his Masters of Laws (LLM) with honors from the University of Miami School of Law in 1998. David Goetz has been a partner and a founding member of the Law Firm of Gonzalez & Goetz. Prior to joining the law firm, he practiced with Deloitte & Touche LLC specializing in international tax matters. He represents our clients at hundreds of hearings every year before the Social Security Administration's Offices of Disability Adjudication and Review. David is admitted to practice in the United States District Courts (Southern, Northern, and the Middle District of Florida and in Puerto Rico, as well as, the 11th Circuit Court of Appeals). In addition to being a Certified Public Accountant, David is also an active member of the professional community and is involved in several state and national associations; including the Florida Bar Association, the Florida Institute of Certified Public Accountants, and the National Organization of Social Security Claims Representatives (N.O.S.S.C.R.).

Dominique Venetsanopoulos

Dominique is a graduate of Nova Southeastern University Law School where she graduated with Honors in 2014. She was an Editor and Published Author of the ILSA Journal of International & Comparative Law. Dominique gained extensive experience in Family Law through her internships with Broward Family Law Judge Renee Goldenberg and at a Family Law firm. Prior to joining the Law office of Gonzalez & Goetz, Dominique practiced in the field of family law for approximately three years. Dominique has been admitted to practice before the United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida and is a member of the Florida Bar Association, as well as the Broward County Bar Association. Elizabeth Hunt joined Gonzalez & Goetz in 2023 and is a top-rated attorney helping clients with Social Security Disability. Attorney Elizabeth Hunt brings fourteen years of legal experience to Gonzalez & Goetz, LLC. After spending most of her career focused on criminal matters, Attorney Hunt now applies her litigation skills to social security disability hearings. Attorney Hunt graduated from Cornell University, in Ithaca, New York, as an English major. She later received her Juris Doctor from Penn State Law, in 2009, where she was a senior editor for the Penn State International Law Review. Attorney Hunt's Comment, entitled Made in China: Who Bears the Loss and Why? was selected for publication in 2009. Attorney Hunt has served as a judicial law clerk, a prosecutor, a criminal defense attorney, a guardian ad litem, and a private attorney representing financial institutions.
