A highly successful business leader, Charlene served as Vice President Sales at FCM before being appointed to President for Corporate Brands USA in 2015, and was appointed President of the Flight Centre Travel Group (FCTG) in January 2020. Charlene brings with her nearly 30 years of experience in the travel industry to her role as President of Flight Centre Travel Group, The Americas. She started her career in travel with Boston-based Garber Travel, before it was acquired by the Flight Centre Travel Group (FCTG). Most recently, she held the position of President of FCTG's Corporate Brands in the USA, in which she over saw a team of 500 people. In the four years that she led the corporate brands, Charlene achieved double-digit, often record setting growth year over year. She has been recognized by the industry on numerous occasions for her outstanding performance, most recently being named one of GBTA's WINiT Top 40 Women in Travel.

Having worked across a broad range of industry sectors throughout her career, Jo has experience in TMC, Airline Sales and Procurement environments. Operating as an independent industry consultant for over 15 years prior to joining FCM as Head of Global Account Management & Consulting, Jo engaged with clients across the globe on a number of interesting and diverse projects delivering strategy, sourcing and change management. Jo has been in corporate travel all through her career, and has gained extensive knowledge and experience across a number of sectors within it. Working in a TMC environment for over fifteen years is where her knowledge and influence was developed as an innovator in developing preferred supplier managed programmes. Jo then moved to numerous interim consulting roles from ACTE as Regional Director for EMEA where she focused on industry education to setting up the Global Corporate Sales department for Qatar Airways in Doha before founding Nina & Pinta Consulting Services. He is responsible for managing FCM's global marketing strategy, communication and public relations activity and overseeing products to market. Scott is responsible for ensuring the continued growth and consistency of the FCM brand in all markets.

Shaun Clear

Shaun oversees the strategic evolution of FCM's operating model globally, focused on digital transformation, service excellence and global consistency. He has worked for FCM since 2013 in senior leadership roles across 3 continents, bringing visionary leadership with a truly global mindset. Shaun plays a pivotal role in delivering FCM's strategy to market, ensuring successful execution of business objectives across all markets. Shaun is an MBA holder from Murdoch University (Singapore). Shaun's experience in the travel industry spans more than 15 years, with extensive experience across product, change management and in leadership roles. As Global Implementation Director, he oversees FCM's strategy, processes, and teams from the moment we onboard a customer through to how we service them operationally. Shaun holds an MBA from Murdoch University in Australia. To the role of Global Implementation Leader, Shaun brings more than 15 years' experience in the travel industry with extensive experience across product, change management and in leadership roles. After nearly ten years with Flight Centre Travel Group in Australia, Shaun relocated to Singapore in 2012 and became Regional Operations Director for Flight Centre Corporate, leading exponential growth for the region including opening FCM Malaysia. Shaun, now based in New York, USA, is responsible for leading FCM's global implementation and onboarding strategy.

Steve Norris

Steve Norris joined Flight Centre as a leisure travel consultant in Uxbridge progressing to store manager over the next three years. In 2005 moved to the UK head office as Head of Land Product, progressing to Group Marketing Director for UK corporate and retail. In 2009, Steve was appointed General Manager Flight Centre UK and in 2011 he was promoted to Corporate MD EMEA responsible for Flight Centre's business travel divisions. Over the next eight years, under his stewardship, both FCM Travel and Corporate Traveller achieved major growth, winning and retaining significant new customers, to become dominant TMCs in their respective markets. In January 2020, he took over his current role as Managing Director of Flight Centre's EMEA, with overall responsibility for both the leisure and corporate businesses.

Stéphane Lormant

He is new to the industry having spent his entire career in the financial services industry (Insurance) with some of the worlds biggest Risk Management and Insurance companies (Aon, Mitsui Sumitomo, Promina Group and RSA). His career has been varied from holding positions as the CEO of his own company to having led global businesses in roles ranging from COO, CFO, Strategy, Portfolio Management and Innovation.
