Amy Day

Job Titles:

Amy is our medical secretary and she writes up and sends out all of our reports to patients and GPs. Previously to working with us at Makewell she supported the team at the Cancer Centre at Milton Keynes Hospital as well as spending time previously as a medical secretary at a GP surgery.

Caroline Stimpson

Caroline is the Clinic Nurse here at Makewell Health and Wellness Clinic.

Carolynne Allan

Job Titles:
  • Director of Pharmacy Services
  • Community Pharmacist
Carolynne oversees our Pharmacy at Makewell, enabling patients to access medication from our private clinical services. Carolynne is an experienced community pharmacist with a wealth of experience as a Pharmacy Superintendent, and in setting up and delivery of pharmacy services. Her experience has given her strong links with many NHS organisations and stakeholders. She joined ECG Healthcare in early 2022 and says she enjoys working with such a professional and yet ‘fast moving' team.

Cheyenne Contreras

Job Titles:

Chy is our Assistant Psychologist. Cheyenne joined us in January 2023 with a wealth of knowledge working with children and adolescents in private autism clinics, special education needs schools, supported accommodations for Looked After Children, and a specialist child and adolescent mental health service (CAMHS). She has completed her Master of Science in Clinical, Social and Cognitive Neuroscience while contributing research for event segmentation and decision-making in adults with autism compared to typically developing adults.

Dr Ini Okonna

Ini works at Makewell doing part of our Autism assessments. She has over 14 years' experience working as a Consultant Child and Adolescent Psychiatrist. She is highly skilled and approachable with significant experience in the assessment and management of complex neurodevelopmental difficulties, including Autism Spectrum Disorders (ASD) and Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD).

Emma Pritchard

Emma is our Mental Health Operations Manager here at Makewell, she holds a wealth of experience gained from a career in the care sector spanning over 30 years. Her qualifications include Health and Social Care NVQ Level 3 in health and social care and Btec 1st Diploma in Care and first line management. Emma has worked across a broad variety of settings from secure care to NHS Mental Health ser-vices to specialist residential homes and more in between. Emma has completed extensive training over her career including Makaton, Listening Skills, and Emotional Health, most recently she has undertaken Autism and Sensory Processing and Sensory Yoga.

Hazel Scott

Hazel is our Specialist Neurodevelopmental Practitioner.

Helen Hodges

Job Titles:

Helen is our Director of Nursing and Quality across ECG Healthcare (including Makewell). Helen joined ECG Healthcare in 2022. Helen qualified as a nurse in 1990 and specialised in cardiology. As a CCU Sister, she began working with the clinical governance team to reduce the time it took for people to receive treatment after a heart attack and this led to her working full time in service improvement. In the early 2000s she led projects to initiate pre-hospital care, reduce waiting times for cardiac surgery, established cardiac rehabilitation services and improved community access for heart failure diagnosis. Helen continued to work in service development with community partners. As Assistant Director for Long Term Conditions for West Essex PCT, she led a number of projects to improve access to care in community settings, reducing the need for hospital admissions and introduced a number of specialist nurse posts to help people to manage their conditions. After leaving the NHS, Helen worked for Marie Curie as an area manager and as Head of Practice Development, leading staff development and learning in areas such as dementia and communication skills training.

Jane Lambert - CEO

Jane is the Chief Executive Officer at ECG Healthcare (including Makewell Clinic). She is the CQC Registered Manager at Makewell. Jane is a registered nurse who established ECG Healthcare in 2002. Her early nursing career started in 1990 whilst working as a staff nurse on a busy medical ward, later becoming a junior sister. In 1996 her passion for training in healthcare took a new direction when she became an NHS Resuscitation Officer at Milton Keynes Hospital. Her vision for ECG was to improve the access and quality of healthcare within primary care. Alongside the training and clinical agency side of the business Jane also wanted to set up a private clinic locally in Milton Keynes to support people access services that often face long waiting times on the NHS. Makewell opened in 2020.

Lynne Oboye

Lynsey Saunders

Job Titles:
  • Speciality Social Worker and Safeguarding Lead
Lynsey is a qualified and registered Social Worker, Dialectical Behavioural Therapist and Nursery Nurse. Lynsey has worked with children and families for 29 years with 20 years dedicated to working with-in the NHS across a variety of roles within a Specialist Child and Adolescent Mental Health Com-munity Service. Prior to this she worked within Children's Social Care and for several years within the NHS and the focus of her most recent role within the NHS has been as a link between service users, multiple Health provisions, Social Care services and community Services in Milton Keynes.

Sam Barry

Job Titles:
  • Clinical Lead for the ADHD / Autism Service
Sam is our Clinical Lead for the ADHD / Autism service at Makewell. Sam has been an experienced Senior Practitioner and NMP (nurse prescriber) for the NHS within a Specialist Child and Adolescent Mental Health Service, providing care to children and young people with complex mental health needs, including diagnosis and treatment for ADHD patients. Sam assesses adults and children for both ADHD and Autism, and pre-scribes medication as required for the treatment.

Sophie McCracken

Sophie is our Chief Operating Officer and provides the clinical and operational leadership across ECG Healthcare. Sophie and Jane also work strategically in their vision to improve inclusive access to healthcare in the community. Before joining ECG Healthcare in 2004 Sophie worked for over 15 years in pre-hospital emergency care and worked in various roles as a Paramedic including Mentor, Clinical Team Leader and Manager of the Out of Hours GP Service and Community Responder Scheme.

Tom Rowley

Tom joined ECG Healthcare when he was just 18years old. He initially worked as an account manager in our training department but has moved on to his new role following his own interest in health & fitness.
