Carrie undertakes all aspects of family law from our Erdington office. Seconded to the DV team she finds this area of work the most rewarding as she learns her trade and studies towards qualification.

Claire heads up our specialist Birmingham Care team and is highly regarded in the profession as a dedicated lawyer who really cares for her clients and also gets results.

HRS Family Law Solicitors is a specialist firm that undertakes work in only one area of law; the law of the family. As such we are able to service the legal needs of the family and we do not undertake areas of law which are not our niche area. We consider the days of a firm acting as a "jack of all trades" are over. Clients want expert advice and representation from people who know the law in that area and can act efficiently in solving problems.
This both minimises costs and speeds up resolution of the issues in hand. We have a Law Society panel member heading up each of our offices and all of our Solicitors are experts in family law. We do nothing else.

Jodie is based in our Birmingham city centre office and works alongside Claire in Public law in cases involving social services. She enjoys this fast paced environment.

Karen is the reliable calm and helpful hub of the busy Dudley office. She enjoys and thrives servicing our clients and is a reliable pair of hands when dealing with new enquiries and existing clients alike.

Namita is a qualified lawyer abroad and is taking her exams to transfer to England and Wales. She is a good listener and experienced litigator who works out of our Walsall office but helps out elsewhere too.
Nat is the go to person for all queries money related. She has a wealth of experience having worked in the law for many years. The patience of a saint she brings a light touch to her role in practice management.

Jindy undertakes all types of work from the West Bromwich office and assists Arti Karawal in her work. She has many years of experience prior to and with HRS. A good all rounder with a promising future.
Tracey is that person every organisation needs; always willing to help, knows how to do and fix things, and committed to the firm, her colleagues and the centre of operations. Don't touch her archive without permission!
