Eihab holds a Bachelor of Law degree from Tanta University (2002), as well as a Diploma in Arbitration in Civil and Commercial Disputes (2007). He had also completed postgraduate studies in Islamic Sharia and Private Law at Tanta University (2010) and a Diploma in International Commercial Arbitration from the International Arbitration Tribunal (2022).
Eihab is an international arbitrator accredited by both the International Arbitration Commission and the Egyptian Bar Association. Furthermore, Eihab is also a certified trainer from the Cambridge College of Training in London.
Eihab has authored several works in the legal field, including a research paper on Citizenship between Islamic Sharia and Positive Legislation, which was published in the Journal of the Spirit of Law of the Faculty of Law at Tanta University in 2010. He has also written a book on Pretrial Detention in Jurisprudence and Practice, which was published by Dar Al-Uloom Al-Arabiya for Publishing and Media in Egypt in 2014. In addition, Eihab has co-authored a book on Al-Mughni's Explanation of Qatari Family Law, which was published by Gulf Printing and Publishing Company and Abdulaziz Al Sorour Law Firm in Qatar in 2021. Eihab has also presented a refereed research paper on Contemporary Applications of Electronic Litigation at the Fourth International Conference on Contemporary Islamic Studies and Emerging Issues in Malaysia in 2021 and authored a Judicial Research Book published by Noor Publishing

Habib holds a Bachelor of Law and a Master's degree in Contract and Investment Law from the Faculty of Law and Political Science in Tunis in 2009 and 2014, respectively.
In addition, he is currently pursuing his PhD in domestic and international arbitration law, and he is a member of the Bar Association in Tunisia since 2018.
Habib is also an arbitrator of the National Committee for Disputes within the Tunisian Football League 2022 and a member of the Tunis Center for Arbitration and Reconciliation since 2017. He served as a rapporteur member of the Arbitration and Reconciliation Commission of the Truth, Dignity, and Transitional Justice Commission in Tunisia in 2018, and as Vice Chairman of the General Legislation Committee and the Rights and Freedoms Committee of the Tunisian Parliament in 2019 and 2020, respectively.
Finally, Habib is a member of the Association of Young Lawyers of Tunisia.
