We work on issues directly - or with strategic partners from the business, government, media, and non-profit sectors - to launch or elaborate on crucial issues that foster innovation, promote evidence-based policy making, whilst shaping the social impact of new applications of AI and inspiring citizen-engagement in science... We launched in 2018 AI4People Institute together with founding members Audi, Elsevier, Meta, Fujitsu, Google, Intesa SanPaolo, Johnson & Johnson and Microsoft. With its "AI4Peoples Ethical Framework for a Good AI Society" the Institute is at the origin of the regulatory process that led to the AI Act in Europe, the world's first AI regulation... AI4People Institute focuses on various aspects related to AI, including ethics, policy, governance, privacy, inclusivity, and the responsible use of AI across different domains.
