Dr. Al utilizes his extensive training and experience to treat even the most challenging dental situations. He has been delivering cosmetic, implant, and restorative solutions to patients for over 30 years (just don't ask him how old that makes him!).
Amy is a 2004 graduate of Middlesex County College with a degree in Applied Science specializing in Dental Hygiene. Amy has been a dental hygienist with TCFD since 2005. She is passionate about giving her patients their healthiest smile by gently caring for their teeth and gums and ensuring the overall health of their mouth. Amy lives in Monroe with her husband John; their daughters, Sophia and Cara; and two dogs, Kylo and Bailey. Outside of the dental chair, she loves to cook.

Dr. Benjamin Maldonado, a specialist in periodontics, has been proudly serving the Berkeley Heights community since 1995. He received his formal dental education at the University of Pennsylvania School of Dental Medicine and completed his periodontics residency from the Temple University Kornberg School of Dentistry.
Dr. Maldonado focuses his private practice on periodontics, bone regeneration, periodontal cosmetic treatments, laser dentistry, dental implants and one day dental implants.

Dr. Kristen Blumberger disproves the biggest misconceptions about root canals daily: she conducts therapy that is quick and painless. Her passion for relieving pain and treating infection, and personable chair-side manner equate to her motto: "Patient care is just as important as clinical care."
Dr. Kristen Blumberger grew up in Little Silver, NJ where she resides today. A candidate for The Julliard School as a pianist, one of Dr. Blumberger's skillsets is hand dexterity-an important attribute for an endodontist.
After receiving an academic scholarship for scholastic achievement, she graduated from Tulane University with a B.S. in Exercise Science, concentrating in Kinesiology. She went on to attend Tufts University School of Dental Medicine, receiving both the Hunt and Merit scholarships for scholastic achievement. Post-dental school, Dr. Blumberger completed a one-year General Practice Residency at St. Lukes-Roosevelt Hospital in Manhattan. From 2001 to 2005, she practiced general dentistry in New York City and served as an adjunct clinical instructor at NYU College of Dentistry. In 2004, she received the Appreciation Award for Dedication to the Advancement of NYU College of Dentistry from the Student National Dental Association.
Dr. Blumberger volunteered twice overseas while teaching at NYU College of Dentistry. In 2003, she set up dental clinics in underprivileged areas of the Dominican Republic. Most of the places either had no dentists or the population could not afford to go to one. Depending on generators for power, she rehabilitated hundreds of mouths. The following year, she went on another outreach trip to Jamaica, where she performed dental work in rural communities with a group from NYU College of Dentistry.
In 2005, Dr. Blumberger realized she had a desire to treat infection and relieve pain, which led her to complete a two-year post-graduate residency program in Endodontics at NYU College of Dentistry. During her residency, she researched pain management and pain medications. She currently works as an endodontist in NYC and New Jersey, where her main focus is easing patients' anxiety and performing painless root canals.
At home, Dr. Blumberger's three boys (Jack, Luke, and Dylan) and husband John keep her busy. In her free time, she enjoys playing the piano, playing tennis, sailing, reading, and she loves traveling. Her favorite place to visit is the Amalfi Coast of Italy.

Dr. Lauren has been a key member of TCFD for almost 20 years. She is an expert in pediatric dentistry and has an amazing way of getting kids to relax and enjoy their dental visit. Dr. Lauren also enjoys doing cosmetic dentistry because she gets to see the immediate beautiful results in usually only 1-3 visits. She often collaborates with our specialists on complex treatments.

Dr. Lauren resides in Tewksbury with her husband Ben, a periodontist in Berkley Heights, and their two children. She is a Cub Scout Den Leader and a Sunday-school teacher. Dr. Lauren's interests include playing tennis, reading, and traveling with her family

Dr. Mark Lubitz is originally from West Long Branch, NJ. He had a private practice in Manalapan and worked as an associate in a group practice in Somerset for 15 years. In 1999, he joined the Belle Mead practice with Dr. Harvey Tesser, and became the sole owner and practitioner in 2005. In 2013, he expanded his practice to include dental implant placement and has taken many hours of continuing education in this field. In 2018, Dr. Lubitz joined our team and continues to practice implant dentistry.

Dr. Naina has developed a reputation for providing the most comfortable, gentle, high quality dental care for her patients. She values the importance of delivering comprehensive care and clearly explaining treatment to patients of all ages. As a lifelong resident of Somerset County, she is privileged to be able to serve the local families in the townships where she was born and raised.

Jaime is a 2002 graduate of the Dental Hygiene program at UMDNJ. She is Past Vice President of the New Jersey Dental Hygiene Association (Northern Component). She is great with kids and especially enjoys making their first experience a positive one. Jaime resides in Bridgewater with her husband Corey and their children Ethan and Riley and their Chocolate lab - Finn. She is a Notre Dame fan and is always dressed up for the holidays.
Jenn has been working in the dental industry for 13 years, the first half of which was spent at the shore where she grew up and the past 6 here at TCFD. She loves her job because she loves getting to know and forming relationships with her patients and their families. Her husband of 4 years, Matt, is her sidekick, and they enjoy exercising, going to the movies, and vacationing to warm places.
Marta is a 2010 graduate of the Dental Hygiene Program at Philadelphia Community College. She is a member of the New Jersey Dental Hygiene Association. Marta was trained as a dental assistant by Dr. Al over 10 years ago then pursued her RDH degree. She is very gentle and makes even the most anxious patients feel relaxed and comfortable. Marta was born and raised in Poland and enjoys traveling and dancing. She is the office clown and keeps us all laughing with her funny faces!
Melissa is a 2013 graduate of the Dental Hygiene Program at Middlesex County College where she also played basketball, softball, and volleyball. She is certified in CPR and the administration of local anesthesia. Melissa prides herself on being very thorough and has a passion for helping her patients achieve optimal oral health.
Merlinda joined our practice 3 years ago after working as a dental assistant for more than 20 years. Originally from the Philippines, she moved to Somerset from Guam in 1998. She has a passion for dentistry and has broadened her scope of practice to include expanded functions. Merlinda has 4 children, including 2 sons and a set of twin girls.
