Kristopher started Angstadt Properties, LLC. in 2000 and since the founding, the company has helped out many homeowners. He was born and raised in Fredericksburg, Virginia. Kristopher has been involved in upwards of 2,300+ home purchases through his investment company. He understands that each and every person and real estate transaction is different and he strives to provide the personal attention, trust and dependability that every homeowner deserves. With his knowledge and experience of real estate and the selling process, he will work to ensure that the sales experience is easy and hassle free while focusing on providing the best customer service.
He has been a full time real estate investor for over 23 years, to which during this time he has personally bought and sold hundreds of properties including Owning and operating 300 plus apartment units, office buildings, self storage facilities and restaurants during this time.
Kristopher has held a Real Estate Salesperson license in Virginia since 2009,and has helped hundreds of clients buy and sell their homes and investment properties. Kristopher helps his clients navigate through each step to achieve the highest resale value possible. Kristopher is a part of the 10X Estates Team with Angstadt Realty, Powered by eXp Realty.
Kristopher also holds a Virginia Class "A" Contractors license. He is a certified Energy Star Builder and holds Earth Craft of Virginia and CDPE designations. Kristopher is also a member of the National Association of Realtors, Virginia Association of Realtors, Fredericksburg Area Association of Realtors, Metropolitan Regional Information Systems, National Association of Home Builders, and has been a member of Fredericksburg Area Builders Association.
He specializes in Residential and Commercial acquisitions as well as new construction, land, rehabilitation properties as well as investment procurements.
