Applied Sustainability GmbH was founded in 2021 to offer our experience and expertise to help our clients make this transformation a reality. Our approach is purposefully broad taking into account the many interconnected issues that we need to jointly tackle... One clear example is with #PullingOurWeight. Through her leadership, we managed to design, build and implement this corporate volunteer program designed to engage employees and customers in a global clean-up initiative designed to help keep plastic waste out of the environment and support the transition to a circular economy that values plastic waste as a resource. It has brought together functions, businesses, geographies and employees to tackle this significant global and local issue. In a little over a year, it became our largest volunteer engagement effort globally for a single cause and provided an opportunity to educate, engage and find solutions."
