Allen Fincher

Finch grew up outside Dallas, TX in Greenville, TX. He finished his youth club career in Dallas before attending Southwestern University in Georgetown, TX where he played from 1995-1999. Upon graduating, he moved to Oaxaca, MEX. He returned to Austin in 2000 where he managed the Austin Indoor Soccer Center and was the assistant coach for the men's and women's soccer teams at Southwestern University. In 2001, he turned strictly to coaching and combined club soccer with the college game. In 2004, he was given the opportunity to join the LSC staff and coached on the boys' side. During this period he spent two years on the South Texas ODP staff. Also, around this time he moved from a part-time role at LSC to a full-time commitment. This decision ended his stint in the collegiate ranks. In 2008, he moved to Knoxville, TN where he worked for F.C. Alliance from 2008-2010 coaching both boys and girls. In 2010, he returned to Austin and was re-hired at LSC. His previous role at the club was as the Girls' Premier League Director and, soon after, transitioned into the role of Boys' Premier Director. Allen completed his Master of Sport Leadership from Northeastern University in 2013. In 2014, Finch took over some business administrative duties while also serving as the Boys' Division I/State Classic League Director of Coaching. In 2016, stepping away from the fields, he took over the role as Executive Director of Business.

Brian Monaghan

Brian Monaghan has been involved at the professional and youth levels of the game in the United States since he arrived in Austin in 1985. He has never left South Texas and has been Director at several of the biggest youth clubs in the state. As a coach at previous clubs he was involved in the early development of several current and former U.S. National Team players. During his many years of club coaching he has helped in the placement of hundreds of players at schools all around the Country through a network of college coaches built up over 25+ years. His previous club teams have won many State and Regional titles along with winning two National Championships.

Brooks Walsh

Brooks grew up in Los Angeles, California, Playing for Real So Cal. He played 4 years collegiately, graduating from McPherson College with a bachelor's degree in History and Political Science. After graduating he spent 3 years as an assistant coach at the college level (Junior college and NAIA) before moving to Houston, Texas to coach for Albion Hurricanes FC. He coached at Albion for 5 years, spending the last 3 coaching in their Girls ECNL Program before moving to Lonestar.

Ciaran Maguire

Ciaran is a native of Ireland and began coaching his first youth team (Carnlough Swifts U12B) at the age of 16. He has continued coaching on a volunteer or professional basis ever since. As a player Ciaran represented both his county and his country at youth level as a central defender and combative midfielder. Ciaran studied Sports Coaching and Development for 2 years, earning a BTEC National Diploma in Sport from Northeastern Institute in Co. Antrim. As a student of the University of Abertay, Dundee, Scotland, he studied Sports Coaching and played both collegiate soccer and gaelic football. After 4 years in Scotland, Ciaran moved to Austin to join Lonestar Soccer Club in 2009. Ciaran became a UEFA certified Coach in 2003 and is currently climbing the USSF ladder with the ambition of becoming a USSF A-license Coach. In his 5 years with the club, Ciaran has coached many teams to many successes in Directors, Presidents and National Cup. Ciaran also works as the assistant coach for the Soccer Academy at St. Stephen's, with many of his former players now playing soccer at some of the finest athletic and academic institutions in the country. Ciaran is currently the Assistant Director of Coaching for the SCL/Division 1 Girls Program.

Colleen Pitts

Colleen began her club career with Dallas Sting '88 and spent her final two years with the Dallas Texans '88. They went on to win the 2006 USYSA National Championship, while Colleen was given the Golden Glove award. She also played four years at Ursuline Academy of Dallas, winning four consecutive TAPPS State Championships from 2003-2006 while being named all-State three times. She went on to play goalkeeper at Texas Tech University from 2006-2010. She helped the Lady Raiders make two Big 12 Tournament appearance, was named Big 12 Defensive Player of the Week while receving several Commissioner's Honor Rolls. Upon graduation, Colleen became the Assistant Coach and Goalkeeper Coach at West Texas A&M University. During her first season with the Lady Buffs, Colleen helped lead WT to a Lone Star Conference Regular Season and Tournament Championship with a 13-7-1 record as well as the program's ninth appearance in the NCAA Tournament.The following year the Lady Buffs made a trip to the LSC Tournament Finals, falling short in penalty kicks. She has worked with local clubs in the Amarillo area, Amarillo Lightning and High Plains Drifters, and helped the Palo Duro Soccer Association.

Darren Warham

Darren moved from his hometown of Ashington in the NE of England to Boca Raton, FL to attend Lynn University in 1995. Upon completing 4 years at Lynn with a BS in Sports and Recreation Management, he was drafted by 3 professional organizations to continue his playing career. He finally decided to hang up his boots and transitioned into coaching full time becoming a Director of Coaching at the Virginia Rush in Virginia Beach. In 2013, he joined Lonestar SC and is currently the Boys' ECNL Director. Darren has been happily married to his wife Erin for 20 years, with their 3 kids, ages 18, 15 and 12.

Dewi Hardman

Originally from Wales, Dewi came over to the U.S. in 1986 to attend Wake Forest University. He played at Wake from 1986 to 1989 participating in the NCCA tournament twice, in 88 and 89. Dewi was a member of the 1989 ACC championship team that was ranked #3 in the nation.

Connor has soccer in his blood, as both of my parents have worked in youth soccer. HIs mother, Lisa has been a tournament director while his father, Bruce, has been a coach his entire life. As a result, Connor grew up on the field and has learned so many life lessons through the game. He adds, "I love soccer for this reason, because of how it prepares us for real life. I am thrilled and honored to have the opportunity to give back the club and the game that has taught me so much about life and coach youth players.

My name is Wendy Sorto. I was born in Austin, TX and I moved to Colombia when I was 8 months old. I finished high school in Colombia and moved to the United States in 2001 to continue my education at MTI College and Houston Community College in Houston, TX. I am married and have 3 kids that play for Lonestar, ages 7, 8, 11. I worked for Children's Courtyard School in Houston, TX for 3 years as an assistant teacher. When I moved to Austin, I started working at Stepping Stone School. I worked there for 7 years with children ages 6 weeks to 12 years old. While working there I also received my CDA (Child Development Association) certification. I went to school for Medical Administration Assistant here in Austin and I worked at St David's North Austin Medical Center for 3 years. I am now the Administrative Assistant for Lonestar Soccer Club. I enjoy My Job because I love to help other people.
