BRADSHAW EARLY YEARS CENTRE - Key Persons
Abbie started at Bradshaw as a modern Apprentice in 2014 and has worked with all age groups in the centre. She successfully achieved her SVQ Level 3 in 2016 and was then employed in her current role as Practitioner. She is currently working with the 0-2 year olds.
Chloe joined Bradshaw in 2016 as a Modern Apprentice. She decided to do this after gaining experience in working with children in her dance school and wanted to pursue this career. Chloe achieved her SVQ Level 3 in 2017 and is now employed as a room leader within the setting. She currently works in the 2-3 room.
Julie started with us in April 2023 & she prepares the children's lunches & serves the 3-5 lunches & does the clear up from it. She also cleans the nursery in the evenings.

Kaitlyn started with us towards the end of 2023 & she currently helps out in all the play rooms. She is working towards her svq3.
Karen joined Bradshaw in 2022 and currently holds a BA Childhood Practice. She has worked in childcare since 1998 and worked her way up and has been a manager since 2008.
Lauren started at Bradshaw in 2022 after qualifying with a HNC. She has worked in all the rooms but currently works in the baby room.
Linda has worked in Bradshaw since 2002 and currently holds her PDA Level 8 in Childcare and Education. Prior to this Linda was a parent helper she then decided to further her career and went college as a mature student to study Childcare and education.
Within the centre Linda has worked with all age groups and is currently the room leader in the 3-5 room

Lucy started with us towards the end of 2023 & she currently helps out in all the play rooms. She is working towards her svq3.
Marie started with us in 2023 & works 2 days a week in our 3-5 room. She has worked in childcare for over 25 years & has a HNC Early Education & Childcare.
Mary started with us in 2023 & works in our baby room. She has worked in childcare for 20 years & has a NNEB qualification.
Megan has worked in Bradshaw since 2011. Megan came here for work experience whilst at school then progressed to being the first Modern Apprentice within the setting where she successfully achieved her SVQ Level 3. She has worked within all the rooms and is currently the assistant room leader in the 3-5 room.

Paris started with us towards the end of 2023 & she currently works in the toddler room. She is working towards her svq3.
Rebecca joined Bradshaw in 2018 as a trainee and gained her SVQ Level 3 qualification in2019. Rebecca has always had a genuine passion for early years work and has been part of the team in all rooms within the nursery. She is currently based in the toddler room.
Shannon started at Bradshaw 2021 and completed her training with us and qualified with her SVQ3 in 2022. She currently works in the 3-5 room. She has a particular interest in additional support needs.
Sophie started at Bradshaw in 2020 and undertook her SVQ3 while with us. She qualified in 2021 and has worked in all room and is currently in the 3-5 room. She has always wanted to work with children.
